All my packages came at same time. Assembly is in 3 phases, each box had the same complete instruction book, but each phase was not completely together in the same box. I immediately started opening boxes and just separated by letters. A's here, B's here. Not all A's or the other letters are the same, but it is very easy to follow the instructions. You won't get it mixed up. 3 hardware kits, it's pretty easy. Picture Book Difficulty :) The one large headboard piece was Letter M. There was no sticker on it, but there were no M stickers either. Pretty easy. It's not a thick grandma's pull-out bed type of couch, but seems sturdy. I probably should have got the 3 year warranty, and I only have one kid. This isn't a couch to front-flip off the island on to, but it is nice and comfy and seems to be worth the cost. Assembly took about 2-3 hours casually I think. I used impact drill. Luckily it's 1 screw head size, then the socket for the nuts basically (provided). Communication with seller was easy and transparent. Idk what else people might be looking for in these reviews. It smelled completely fine. Good purchase. They say to air it out for a while, but I just assembled it immediately it didn't mess up anything. OH! And a little trick for the double sided threaded bolts with no head, they can get stuck hand tightening it so tighten down one of the nuts all the way to the end of the exposed thread that sticks up, and you can thread those bolts that don't have a head WAY easier using the nut as the head. Then just loosen the nut back off of it. You'll understand what I mean. Thank You

I purchased the 7 seater sofa. At first I thought the sofa was going to be too small. But as everything pieced together it ended up being a good size. It fits perfectly in my living room. I love that it has 2 storage compartments for pillows or extra blankets. It is easy to assemble just make sure you assemble box by box so you don’t get confused with the pieces lol. Everything is labeled and it even includes video instructions on how to put together. It is comfortable and perfect for my family. It moves easily if you need to move it. It cleans easily with a little soap and water. The fabric is smooth and soft. It’s sturdy and doesn’t seem to be able to break easily. I love the look of the sofa! I can’t wait until I put together the rest of my living room.

This couch was great for the price! Came in about 5 boxes with instructions in each box and the necessary parts for each piece in the corresponding box. It took my husband an afternoon to put it all together and he said it was very easy. The back cushions attach by velcro which is great in some ways but in others not so much. Our cat likes to lay on the back of the couch and that has caused the cusion to indent and pull away from the velcro. We've only had the couch a week and that cushion is already not wanting to reform. The pull out bed is very easy to use even with my back issues. The storage is fantastic. Every cushion comes off for easy washing. Cushions are firm and comfy. All in all 100% worth the money so far.

I got the black color. A really great couch, especially for the price. I've had it for almost a year now and I haven't had issues with sagging or uncomfortable wear and tear. Really, no wear and tear at all and I have a child under 10. The cushions are firm, but it's one of those things where it forms to you as you sit and feels super comfy. It's very easy to clean. One tip I will give about the pull out extension piece; when putting the couch together you have to connect the sections with lag bolts. The way the bolt pattern/direction is set up, if you over tighten them, it sorta widens the bottom of that couch section, thereby making the tracks farther apart. When that happens, the pull out extension constantly falls off the tracks. No, the couch isn't broken or a faulty item. Just back the bolts out a little bit and it won't make the space between the tracks wider than they are supposed to be. 🤙

The size is great and fits nicely in the corner without feeling too bulky, but still has plenty of seating. The dark grey color looks clean in person and matches my space really well — not too light, not too dark. The pull-out part is honestly one of my favorite features. It slides out pretty smoothly and turns into a big lounging area or bed. I’ve already used it to relax and watch TV and it’s really comfortable. The storage compartment is also bigger than I expected — I can fit blankets and a few extra things in there easily, which helps keep everything more organized. Comfort-wise, I’d say it’s medium-firm. Not super soft like a cloud couch, but still comfortable enough for everyday use. The cushions seem to hold their shape pretty well so far. Assembly took a bit of time and it’s easier with two people, but overall it wasn’t too complicated. Once it’s set up, it feels pretty sturdy. If I had to nitpick, the cushions do shift a little after sitting for a while, so you may need to adjust them occasionally. But for the price, I think that’s pretty normal.

Sofa is exactly as described. I've read some of the negative reviews and I have to say, I didn't experience a single issue. I ordered the six seater plus ottoman, all packages arrived same day. Assembly was straightfotward, with the right tools and space I had the unit fully assembled in a little less than 3 hours. Build quality matches price, affordable and well built in my opinion. The material is comfortable semi plush and is holding up well to three puppies and children doing their thing with it. Pay attention to the instructions. One note, I decided to let the high density foam bits decompress a full day before I let the sofa get used, not in the instructions but from my experience this is best practice with foam anything. My one wish is that the legs were longer, though I did find several options for compatible replacement legs on Amazon. The sofa is a little on the stiff side but I prefer that. At 6' 200lbs, I'm comfortable, the seats are deep enough for me, again I'd prefer a bit more height in the legs but that's easy to remediate / augment. The center pullout is indeed on a track, my preteen has no issues converting the sofa on their own, operation is very simple. The backs are not high backs, but I did not expect this nor desire it, just be aware this is a mid back sofa.

Instructions are not clear. It arrived with missing screws and extra of other bolts. The cushions are decent, but the frame is not sturdy and is lightweight. It’s nice for a small apartment, and I like the sofa bed option and extra storage. I’m just disappointed with the experience from beginning to end. I will say that customer service was very responsive and helpful. I disliked that it arrived in multiple shipments without having disclosed that prior to purchasing. It turned getting a new couch into a three day ordeal for us.

I want to give my honest review of this couch. One significant difference in the actual couch vs the photos here is the back of the couch is actually much thinner than in the photos. It’s made with metal framing that is very thin covered in fabric with no sort of padding. Also, the back of the couch does not angle back far. Which makes the couch pretty uncomfortable, as your back is up at almost a 90 degree angle. The quality of the couch overall is good. It was easy to assemble and I didn’t really run into any issues in that regard. Like others have said. The cushions are quite thin and also not super soft. The couch is also quite low to the ground, so if you’re looking for that oversized super soft couch, this probably isn’t the one. I do love the pull out bed/chaise which is super nice, ans the storage is great too. For the cost of the couch I think the quality and comfort are good. I don’t love it, I don’t hate it.
