Ok so I got brave and ordered a new couch. Ours was old and broken and just too soft already and even thought it looked ok, it just was not comfortable. My husband said ,,this is too cheap to be a good couch,, after I ordered this one but i loved the color and i love how it has big storage and can be made into a giant bed so i got brave and got it. It came very quickly, today is saturday and it was supposed to come next wednesday but it came today and i just ordered it on thursday. I had a coffee and got into the tedious assembly which wasn't so bad even for me as a woman, just a lot of little screws and holes. The manual was pretty straight forward and everything lined up very nicely. I was done in one afternoon but here is the thing... Someone thought it would be a good idea to stuff two of the back pillows into the arm rests and velcro a bottom to it. So at first i thought that they shorted me 2 pillows, i was about to go contact the customer support and ask but first i wanted to connect the plug and i had to find it.... That's when i discovered the pillows. Unfortunately they were inflated back to normal size and so me and hubby had to pick up the entire couch, stand it up on its back and he had to pull the pillows out. We build cabinets so we are used to things being hard and difficult but we were struggling. If you are reading this and you want to order this couch, go ahead, it is comfortable, looks great and has a lot of storage but DO TAKE THE PILLOWS OUT OF THE ARM RESTS BEFORE YOU PUT THE WHOLE COUCH TOGETHER. Overall build quality is good. But the cushions lost its shape a bit, looks kinda unflufy. Also, it's been just about 2 months and the sofa fabric is piling.

This couch came in quickly and was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for my friends upstairs apartment and was straightforward to assemble. The color is beautiful and the pillows fluffed right up. Two of the backrest pillows are stored in the armrest. Make sure you flip and unzip the bottoms to remove them. We got the blue but it looks grey in pictures.

**Disclaimer: blue denim pillows and carpet were separate purchases** There were 3 different packages and came in different days. Perfect for daily use and as a bed for guests. Great value considering similar sofas cost $1000+. Like others have stated, be sure to read directions (ie, take out pillows from both armrests and tighten screws after certain steps). Considering it was a one man job and don’t have much experience with assembling, it took me at least 3 hours including unboxing and disposing. The sofa is bit on firm end but nothing to complain about really. As you can see in the photos, the fabric from a couple of pieces were torn a bit. These pieces do not affect the appearance but I hope it does not worsen in the long run. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with what I paid for. EDIT: Been trying to find how to adjust the back rest and couldn’t find it in the comments. From the back, simply push the back rest the direction towards the seat cushion and then it should easily be pulled down. To adjust it, it has to be laid down to the point where you hear clicks, and only then are you able to adjust the back rest. To put it back upright, push the back rest towards the direction of the seat cushion again and it should lock in place. Hope this helps!
