I’m really happy with this sofa! It’s surprisingly spacious and comfortably fits at least four people without feeling crowded. Assembly was also pretty easy and straightforward, which was a big plus. The sofa is very comfortable, and I’ve even used it to sleep on—it’s comfortable enough for that. I also really love how much storage space it has; it’s very practical for keeping blankets, pillows, and other things organized. Another feature I really like is how easy it is to convert it into a bed. The mechanism is simple and doesn’t require much effort. Read this before you assemble yours
Ok so I got brave and ordered a new couch. Ours was old and broken and just too soft already and even thought it looked ok, it just was not comfortable. My husband said ,,this is too cheap to be a good couch,, after I ordered this one but i loved the color and i love how it has big storage and can be made into a giant bed so i got brave and got it. It came very quickly, today is saturday and it was supposed to come next wednesday but it came today and i just ordered it on thursday. I had a coffee and got into the tedious assembly which wasn't so bad even for me as a woman, just a lot of little screws and holes. The manual was pretty straight forward and everything lined up very nicely. I was done in one afternoon but here is the thing... Someone thought it would be a good idea to stuff two of the back pillows into the arm rests and velcro a bottom to it. So at first i thought that they shorted me 2 pillows, i was about to go contact the customer support and ask but first i wanted to connect the plug and i had to find it.... That's when i discovered the pillows. Unfortunately they were inflated back to normal size and so me and hubby had to pick up the entire couch, stand it up on its back and he had to pull the pillows out. We build cabinets so we are used to things being hard and difficult but we were struggling. If you are reading this and you want to order this couch, go ahead, it is comfortable, looks great and has a lot of storage but DO TAKE THE PILLOWS OUT OF THE ARM RESTS BEFORE YOU PUT THE WHOLE COUCH TOGETHER. Don't be like us :D

Nice for my college son's 1st apt. Smaller than I expected though. I thought it had TWO chaises like on some of the review pics but there's only one. On the picture we have the bottom part is pulled out. I love the additional storage area and the fact that it lays back like a bed for when he has friends that stay over. Took a few hours to put together. We almost had to BUILD IT hahaha. Overall it's awesome, BUY IT. You won't regret it. 💓✨️ Adjustable. Worth the money. Color matched the pic & comfortable.

Good customer service
I don’t normally leave a review, but I had to reach out to Customer Service and they responded right away with what I needed. I couldn’t find the instructions, emailed them at 9pm and the instructions were in my inbox before 7am the next day. Yay! My kids love the couch. The cup holders are what sold it for me, but they love the pull out ottoman. The cushions and on the thin and firm side, but we’ve used it only a few days so far and they will probably loosen up. I wouldn’t say this couch is good for a main primary couch in a large home, but it’s perfect for a rec room, bonus room, or apartment. Me, the two kids, and two dogs fit comfortably and the fabric is very soft. Good couch for this price. I found comparable couches in stores for $300 or so more, and no cup holders. Assembly wasn’t too bad. It looked a little overwhelming at first, but each step uses 3-4 screws. My only issue was I had trouble with two screws lining holding the front of the ottoman on, so far that hasn’t been an issue.

I received this item but it was damaged in a few places without even unboxing everything. It came in 3 large boxes that seemed to have been taped a few times. I contacted the seller and they wanted more evidence and wanted parts that were broken to send replacement pieces. If it is broken just by shipping it, imagine what kids can do to it. It’s cheaply made and I’m having a heck of a time trying to return it. Do not buy this. It’s also a 3rd party seller so Amazon can only do so much! Boxes inside the boxes were ripped so someone else has opened this before.

Great tor small spaces
I have had this for 4 months and I absolutely love it. Its perfect for my space and pretty comfortable too. It looks great in my studio. Holds 5 people no problem. Definitely worth the price. Soo far, its sturdy enough. The instructions made ut easy to assemble.
