I don’t normally leave a review, but I had to reach out to Customer Service and they responded right away with what I needed. I couldn’t find the instructions, emailed them at 9pm and the instructions were in my inbox before 7am the next day. Yay! My kids love the couch. The cup holders are what sold it for me, but they love the pull out ottoman. The cushions and on the thin and firm side, but we’ve used it only a few days so far and they will probably loosen up. I wouldn’t say this couch is good for a main primary couch in a large home, but it’s perfect for a rec room, bonus room, or apartment. Me, the two kids, and two dogs fit comfortably and the fabric is very soft. Good couch for this price. I found comparable couches in stores for $300 or so more, and no cup holders. Assembly wasn’t too bad. It looked a little overwhelming at first, but each step uses 3-4 screws. My only issue was I had trouble with two screws lining holding the front of the ottoman on, so far that hasn’t been an issue. ... show more

    • Read this before you assemble yours
Review Image by Guy32 Wife28
Ok so I got brave and ordered a new couch. Ours was old and broken and just too soft already and even thought it looked ok, it just was not comfortable. My husband said ,,this is too cheap to be a good couch,, after I ordered this one but i loved the color and i love how it has big storage and can be made into a giant bed so i got brave and got it. It came very quickly, today is saturday and it was supposed to come next wednesday but it came today and i just ordered it on thursday. I had a coffee and got into the tedious assembly which wasn't so bad even for me as a woman, just a lot of little screws and holes. The manual was pretty straight forward and everything lined up very nicely. I was done in one afternoon but here is the thing... Someone thought it would be a good idea to stuff two of the back pillows into the arm rests and velcro a bottom to it. So at first i thought that they shorted me 2 pillows, i was about to go contact the customer support and ask but first i wanted to connect the plug and i had to find it.... That's when i discovered the pillows. Unfortunately they were inflated back to normal size and so me and hubby had to pick up the entire couch, stand it up on its back and he had to pull the pillows out. We build cabinets so we are used to things being hard and difficult but we were struggling. If you are reading this and you want to order this couch, go ahead, it is comfortable, looks great and has a lot of storage but DO TAKE THE PILLOWS OUT OF THE ARM RESTS BEFORE YOU PUT THE WHOLE COUCH TOGETHER. Don't be like us :D ... show more

Just installed today 5/30/26. Replaced the dinette in my RV. Only reason for 4 stars so far is I wish seat height was taller (I’m 6’5”). Seems rock solid once everything was fully tightened up. Wife is 5’9” for reference. I will be extending the legs on outer part tomorrow due to drop down from the slide out to main floor. ... show more

Review Image by Living life to the fullest
We truly love the way. This sofa singer came out. I was upset because we only got one box and I think other people mentioned that it is two boxes, and they came two days a part. The instructions were adequate, but you have to read it. Three or four times when you start, but it all falls into place. And when you look you have a beautiful sofa sleeper. It is perfect for what we wanted. ... show more
