Ok so I got brave and ordered a new couch. Ours was old and broken and just too soft already and even thought it looked ok, it just was not comfortable. My husband said ,,this is too cheap to be a good couch,, after I ordered this one but i loved the color and i love how it has big storage and can be made into a giant bed so i got brave and got it. It came very quickly, today is saturday and it was supposed to come next wednesday but it came today and i just ordered it on thursday. I had a coffee and got into the tedious assembly which wasn't so bad even for me as a woman, just a lot of little screws and holes. The manual was pretty straight forward and everything lined up very nicely. I was done in one afternoon but here is the thing... Someone thought it would be a good idea to stuff two of the back pillows into the arm rests and velcro a bottom to it. So at first i thought that they shorted me 2 pillows, i was about to go contact the customer support and ask but first i wanted to connect the plug and i had to find it.... That's when i discovered the pillows. Unfortunately they were inflated back to normal size and so me and hubby had to pick up the entire couch, stand it up on its back and he had to pull the pillows out. We build cabinets so we are used to things being hard and difficult but we were struggling. If you are reading this and you want to order this couch, go ahead, it is comfortable, looks great and has a lot of storage but DO TAKE THE PILLOWS OUT OF THE ARM RESTS BEFORE YOU PUT THE WHOLE COUCH TOGETHER. Great for the price of it! We’ve had it for a few weeks now and i’m super impressed. definitely not a sink into couch, you set pretty firmly on it but I enjoy it. Easy to put together, everything works, and looks very nice. the wooden slats under the cushions do worry me about breaking of you have someone jump on the couch or a very large person “plop” down on it. all in all though, it’s been great for my family, including the rowdy 2 year old. definitely recommend if you’re looking for something nice on a budget. ... show more

Couch came in 2 boxes, arrived much faster than the estimated delivery date. Parts were packaged well, and the directions were good. The quality of the material is much higher than I expected at this price. Assembly was straight forward, the cushions puffed up enough in the first couple hours to use right away. Bought before Christmas. Overall love it. The back rest cushions however are very thin and will go limp. I did go and bought cheap pillows and added them in, and now they are fuller and more comfortable. Love the fact that the back covers are fully removable, and can be washed. The back rest will fold all the way down, and when sleeper section is pulled out, it will turn into a giant bed. However, the back rest is very thin and would never recommend to put more than head on that part when full laid down. So happy with all the storage under the both end pieces. ... show more

Great couch for the price, you have to let the cushions fully foam up before you judge it, it was fairly easy to set up. It is on the firmer side but still really comfortable
