Even though it took a MINUTE to put together, it is the perfect couch for our space! At first it was a little too hard, but we have had for 2 months now and it has adjusted well and is comfortable to sleep on. The extra storage is a huge plus as our house is limited on storage. Great comfy, easy to put together. The only issue i had was the corner seat is super stiff and the fabric its self looks slightly wrinkly but im sure itll smooth out with heat.

Love this couch! Fits my guest room perfectly and pillows are very comfortable. The couch also comes fairly assembled, have to screw some parts together but not too hard, took a total of 2-3 hours to complete it! Good quality, firm enough, you can rearrange it pretty easily. Definitely worth it!

I’ve had this sectional for over a month now, and overall I’m really happy with it. A few things to note up front: it does arrive in four separate boxes, and mine came over the course of three days. Not a big deal, but definitely something to be aware of so you don’t panic when only part of the sofa shows up. Once all the boxes arrived, assembly was straightforward. One of my favorite features is the storage space. The hidden compartment under the loveseat is huge—I use it to store blankets and extra pillows. As for the pull-out bed, it’s surprisingly easy to convert. It’s perfect for when friends stay over or when we want an extra comfy setup for movie nights. The cushions did look a bit flat when I first unpacked them, but after letting them expand for about 48 hours like the instructions said, they fluffed up nicely. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this sectional if you’re looking for something versatile, comfortable, and affordable. ... show more

This couch is actually pretty good. I put it in my home library so it could double as a spare guest bed as well. I slept on it myself for about 4 days when I was recently sick to keep all the germs away from my family. It is pretty comfortable. It's firm but not hard. I mean, it's not an acrual bed. So, of course, it's not near as comfortable as my mattress, but it is acceptable for a guest room. I would have marked it 5 stars had it not been for the bolt on the inside of the pullout drawer. It is super long so that makes it difficult to open and close. I'm going to have to figure something out because I'm worried it will damage the cushion over time as it pokes it all the time when stored and rubs the cushion bad when you pull it out. ... show more

Overall, it’s a nice couch for the price. The cushions are firm but not too firm and the fabric is nice. My biggest issue with couch is that the foot rest/sleeper sofa part catches every time I get it out because there’s a bolt in the way, so it’s not very convenient to convert back and forth quickly. As far as the couch itself, the back of the couch isn’t very high, so sitting on it for longer periods of time, like to watch a movie, isn’t very comfortable. The arm rests are also super hard; pillows are definitely needed. I did have an issue that I tried to get resolved with their customer service and pretty much got the run around. It was almost as if they were trying to run out the time, so I wouldn’t be able to return it. ... show more
