This product is absolutely inadequate. For the price, the quality is unacceptable. I strongly suspect it’s not a diode laser but rather a basic IPL device. Despite testing it regularly for weeks, it didn’t even deliver 10% of the expected performance. It’s ineffective, low quality, and far below expectations. Additionally, although it stated a 60-day return window, the return option is now unavailable. I’m posting this review in the hope that the company values customer satisfaction and will reach out to me directly.

The first one that I bought died after a few uses. I sent it back and took a chance buying another one. The second one has performed well and is gradually reducing the number of unwanted hairs. The hairs that are still fighting to survive are weakening. I suspect that they're getting discouraged because they're thinner, growing slower, and pull out easier with no discomfort. YAY!!!!!!!

I am still using it more than recommended, but it is working. I let it flash in one area two to three times before moving. this some times give a slight discomfort but not anything overbering.

I’ll start by saying we have a lot of experience with professional laser hair removal. I can only speak about the one I received. This product is a very poor example of what true laser hair removal is like. First, the strength of the laser is under powered, not meeting the minimum output required for fair skin dark hair. Second, the treatment window is extremely small making it only ideal for facial and underarm areas. Normally with laser hair removal, everyone feels the sensation during treatment. Don’t expect to feel anything. Next, after several weeks of daily treatment of the same area, the shaft becomes weak and hair can easily be plucked without pain since the follicle has died. This didn’t happen. I only used this at the maximum output. It would be great to find a product in this price range that actually works, but I haven’t. I still concur that professional equipment is the only real option at this time, but believe that in the not so distant future, someone will offer a working at home solution option for $1000 or less.

I honestly can’t believe how well this hair removal device works—it feels like magic. I’ve been doing professional laser treatments at a salon for months and have already spent thousands of dollars. Great kit! So easy to use. Love the ability to change directions with the rotating head. Easy to clean. Removes hair easily without pain, but pain is subjective. Safe to use. Fits in my carry on luggage so portability is great. Good value for the money!
