    • Sizing not accurate for small windows
I have a narrow window that opens up/down and is around 19" wide, this claims that it will fit 17" but it does not, the size of the window attachment piece itself is 25" which is NO WHERE NEAR 17". Cannot find any AC unit that actually fits my window size.

    • Water leaks
It cools down the room temperature as desired. But even though I have a water ventilation hose connected to the A/C unit it still leaks water from the bottom of it. It’s not a lot of water, but I think that this is an issue that should be addressed carefully.

I assumed based on the picture of the remote it had a “swing” setting. It does not, only blows in one direction.

Cools the room promptly, noise level is good, stops automatically when it reaches you selected temperature. Looks good in a room.
