Protects and Works Well Protects and Works Well

There's a bunch of brands but I'm sure they all come from the same few factory lines. Definitely get the silicone as they're a bit flexible and can squeeze into ports. I see plastic ones around, those may be better for desktops or fixed-in-place things. If your machine has deeper port cutouts, be careful inserting one too far in because it'll be harder to remove. In my photo, the HDMI plug is quite far in but I don't use it so it's more ideal for me to be so far in. If you do expect to use ports, just kind of lightly set them in. They're not going to fall out given a fairly tight tolerance fit and silicone generally offers enough grip to not fling out like their plastic counterparts. I block out ports I don't expect to use at all so if the little removal nib breaks, not a big deal. If you are intending for repeat constant removal and insertion, the nib may not last very long. Value is fine, wish there were a few more modern ports and less old oddities. But that's my fault for picking this specific pack. Look around and see what you would want the most.

I wish there were more of certain plugs

These work very well for what they're meant to do, with the exception of the 3.5mm audio jack plugs. Those aren't quite long or stiff enough so they come out very easily and get lost. I wish there was a kit from this seller that included 6 each of only usb-a, usb-c, HDMI, and Ethernet plugs as I believe this would be more useful to the average consumer.

Great to have when you need them.

Work well for many applications. They are excellent dust caps for brand new equipment that are dust free. If you plan to to use these caps on older applications, I recommend blowing out the port first before installation.

Some plugs work well, some not so much

I tried the following plugs on my Dell XPS 15: Audio 3.5, HDMI, USB, USB-C, SD Card The Audio and USB-C plugs work great. The HDMI works fairly well, but it's very easy to push it in too far and then you need a pair of tweezers to remove it. The USB plug is pretty loose and falls out fairly easily. The SD card plug would not fit in the slot in my XPS. The plug is too thick.

Bought this set as couldn't really find any others with a wide range of plug types which is what I was after. Used a bunch of them with a non-Apple laptop and everything fit well. So all good. Arrived very quickly. The plugs are separated into four different bags, which are labeled with what's in them. Most of the plugs also have labels on them so it's easier to figure out what's what. USB-C and 3.5 mm plug worked well on an MP3 player. Quite low profile. On a MacBook, I didn't expect the plugs to fit given the specifications, and they didn't except for the 3.5 mm, and mini display port (USB 2/3 are too loose, SD too thick, HDMI not wide enough).

Great Plugs if You Need to Cover PC Ports/Connections

These plugs work very well at covering any and all types of PC-based connections. I needed the USB plugs to stick into some USB ports that weren't connected to my motherboard, but then I quickly found that the rest of the plugs in the kit were very useful as well for the other connections that are active but I'm not using on my computer. Not only do the plugs stop people from using the connections/ports, it prevents dust from entering the plug holes. I also like all of the legacy port plugs as well. Great purchase!

My last system was a dust magnet, even the ports got dusty. I saw these and since I just got a new gamming system, I thought it would be great to cap all the ports I'm not using 98% of the time.
