Love this product! I did pay to have a professional put it together but I couldn’t be happier. The only suggestion would be to have different outlets nearby as sometimes the heater shuts off the lights. Very durable and super stylish and throws enough heat for my 1 bedroom apartment to feel cozy on chilly nights. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with this fireplace. I was hesitant when I purchased because a lot of reviews mentioned it took 5+ hours and 2 people. Yes there are a lot of pieces, yes there are a lot of step but the instructions were very clear and pretty painless. It took me about 2.5 hours with no help, it's extremely sturdy and exactly what my partner and I were looking for. The fireplace did come in two separate boxes, received the fireplace insert first and the next day I received the other box. The second box was veryyyyyy heavy so that might be the only thing you need a second person for as this box was 115 pounds. The second box did have a few dent in it and made me worry if it would be damaged, for the most part it was not besides a 2 inch chunk missing from the molding but some paint and caulk fixed it and I was not going to send this heavy box back. The heat function is wonderful, and warms our living room to maintain the desired heat we want. The lights that encompass the shelving and above the fireplace itself is great when on the highest setting, but if you dim it at all they start to flicker. Not a deal breaker because they don't blink on the highest setting.

Arrived in 2 boxes when we were expecting 1, but when we reached out to customer service in confusion, they responded quickly and professionally, providing the tracking number of the second box. Arrived SUPER fast, and in great condition. I will say, assembly is NOT for the faint of heart and takes at least 2 people. It requires at least 1 or 2 screw drivers, ideally a drill to make it go by faster. It will definitely test your relationship, lol!! Took us about 5 hours, so clear your afternoon, but it did go much quicker once we got our hands on a drill. Once we got it up, it was super sturdy and a good size. Function is great, I only turned the heater on once by accident for just a second, and it was heating up very fast. Smelled a little funny, but kind of like when you turn your heater on in the house for the winter for the first time. I imagine that would go away after a while of turning it on regularly! I will say, though, the LED strip lights are not accurate in the photo. The “warm” light was like neon yellow/green, and very not cute. We forewent it, because we just didn’t think it looked good, unless you want it to be like a rainbow color.

Don't buy when I unpacked the first of two boxes and started building the unit I found on board cracked so before spending anymore time I decided to open the box containing the fireplace unit and plugged it in and found the flamed didn't work wasted hours of my time for nothing now I have haul two boxes to UPS one box weighing over 100 pounds. Not happy
