The media could not be loaded. This set is awesome for the price! It’s sturdy, comfy, looks nice & is versatile. My 16 year old son was able to put this together on his own in about 4 hours; No issues with instructions or any of the parts. Shipping took about 4 days to arrive give or take a day. Husband argues it can be more comfortable but that’s nothing different cushions can’t fix. The only thing I didn’t quite like is that the back cushions/pillows fall over on their own. They won’t stay propped up easily, again, nothing different cushions can’t fix, but in all honestly for the price and quality, it’s pretty alright. I won’t be swapping out the cushions until needed, maybe in a year or two. I was a bit on the fence due to the lack of reviews and photos but don’t think on it too much, it’s worth it!     • Directions were not user friendly.
Delivery of the three boxes came in on separate days not at the same time. Parts were not labeled making it difficult to assemble. Had to match up pictures to parts in order assemble which took longer than expected. The storage container does not have enough room to store all the cushions.

Looks great. Sits very low. Cushions are thin and slide around easily. Assembly pretty quick and straight forward. Packaged well, no damage in shipping and all parts arrived in three boxes just a few days after order, shipping was great. Overall it is fine for now. Will need to upgrade the cushions. The media could not be loaded. I'm happy with this patio set it's very sturdy and strong. I think it's pretty comfortable my husband would prefer higher backs but I think it's just fine. I ordered black but the cushions look more like a dark navy blue wich was a little disappointing but again not a deal breaker. It came in three large boxes all were delivered at the same time. It was pretty easy to put together except only two of the peices were labeled so starting it was hard trying to find the right peices and instructions werent great but once u get one the rest is pretty self explanatory. It took abt 4 hours to put together myself. The storage box definitely would not be waterproof so I wouldn't put anything in it u wouldn't want getting wet the top and bottom have like a peice of cardboard that's woven between the ratten. Overall good quality pretty happy with it hope it will last. I think the pricing is a little high but that may just be me cuz I'm kinda cheap lol but I found a similar one at Walmart for almost 300$ so not complaining to much ... show more
