    • 100 percent GARBAGE.
Followed the poorly written Engrish directions that were printed in font size 04 to the letter. The power button melted basically from its proximity to the heating element, which had been set at 325 F. This rendered the entire machine useless after 9 minutes of use and printing and pressing exactly three t shirts. There are other problems and reasons not to buy, suffice it to say this one is more than enough, and enumerating them all is a waste of my time. I need to find a new press. Couldnt be more disappointed. BUYER BEWARE. ... show more

    • The power supply is faulty, you have to play with the power button to get the machine on.
Don’t buy this heat press, it’s poorly made, it doesn’t stay on for more than 5 mins, the control panel doesn’t work properly. The insurance I bought with the machine is terrible, it’s almost impossible to get these people on the phone to get my machine fixed.

The machine does not keep even heat and lcd light keeps going out and the hatpress pops off sparks and heats to hot !!!! Very disappointed with this product !! Please do not buy this !! You can not get any results from customer service. I finally went back to my old faithful shirt press and just bought a hat press from walmart. ... show more

    • Broken after 2nd use
The media could not be loaded. Switch or control box for heat press broke the second time used and can not get ahold of anyone. So it's useless can not use it. Replaced switch but no change . Very un happy with this product . 2nd one with same problem and no help from seller .
