Pros: -you have plenty of room to work with -the bottom plate slides out to keep your hands safe and to give you a better view when laying down a transfer -it truly comes with all that it has listed -you can set up to 3 different heats so you don’t have to constantly change for the different projects you’re working on Cons: -takes a little longer to heat up than I’m used to -the heat fluctuates a little more than I’m used to hasn’t been a problem yet, doesn't affect the final product.

Takes to long to heat up, pressure is awful, had conversation with the seller on ways to make it work, have sent pictures and videos, nothing works. I don’t think it should take 6+ minutes to press a transfer…. Absolute waste of money…

The media could not be loaded. I was excited for this (as the first one I bought was no good) and unfortunately it worked great for 1 day and a couple of uses. Now it doesn’t even heat up passed a certain number. It’s my 3rd time using it. Might just be a faulty piece but did work well when it heated up.
