Great value for money. Not exactly for beginners, but with a little elbow grease you’ll be up and running in no time. Pro tips: 1) I used an mSATA to USB adapter to flash Hive OS on to the included SSD. 2) My power supply has 8 6-pin inputs that I plugged in to each pcie lane. Then I used 8 6-pin to dual 8(6+2) pcie connectors to power the GPUs. I did not use the included adaptors. 3) The screws that came with my set were cheap, so I had to borrow some screws from another rig kit. 4) I added metal grates to the front of the case fans. You don’t want to risk losing a finger. 5) if you have a single blower fan GPU, you’ll want to reverse the fan to push cool air through the case. By default, it will pull hot air out.     • Doesn't see more than 2 GPUs
I got this case yesterday and it couldn't see more than 2 GPUs out of 3 total in hiveos... These gpus worked just fine on the previous rig a few minutes before. It's not a bad GPU, I tried taking out the working one and I can see the non working one kicking in no problem. So it is limited somehow to 2 GPUs only. Update: tried everything with bios pcie 4g disable as well as running in windows. Still won't see more than 2 GPUs no matter what card or what slot. ... show more
