This is very quiet. I have had a few different compressors over the years and bought this when my 3 gallon wouldnt turn on. I hated using it because it was so loud and jarring. The very first thing I noticed about this was how quiet it is- you can have a conversation stnding right next to it. It doesn't come with an air hose or any fittings, but it does have two ports to hook into. It did a great job filling up my car tires. 03/12/2025 I received my compressor today and so far I've been moderately impressed. It is very quiet and as advertised gets up to max pressure within about a minute. For the price it's hard to beat its efficiency and the CFMs you get. From my limited research I haven't been able to find anything remotely close to 8 CFM. I am not 100% sure its actually 8.75 CFM but it is certainly more efficient then much larger (20 Gal+) compressors I've had that were rated at around 4.5-6 CFM. I think this is a fantastic little garage compressor for most every day jobs. I briefly have tried to use it for larger sustained projects like sandblasting, and while it works well it gets hot and the safety shut off occurs after about 10 minuets of continuous use. If you are looking to sandblast, paint, or use pnuematic tools for sustained periods of time do yourself a favor and get something that is at least 15 CFM. But for the price it's hard to beat. Now for the reason that I am rating this at 3 stars. Unfortunately my shipment was delayed twice and rescheduled twice. The compressor also came very beat up and the packaging wasn't fantastic. I know both of those elements could potentially have nothing to do with the vendor and everything to do with the shipping company, but I wasn't impressed nonetheless. The BIGGEST issue for me was I did not receive any hardware to install the handle onto the compressor and it also DID NOT come with the wheels pictured. For the hassle of returning it and getting a replacement I am planning on just keeping it as is but again, not super happy. I also received no manual. It literally was just the compressor and handle in a loose box. All that said I am cautiously impressed with the compressor itself. If you don't mind shipping issues or smallish missing parts Id say it's 100% worth taking a look at. I will be updating my review after a few months and especially around the 6 month and 1 year marks to note its longevity. ... show more

What can I say? This this is impressive! For its size it actually puts out some great power. This has been used mainly in my garage for various jobs. I mainly got it for its size. I had a 50 gallon but it was way too big and this just fits perfectly. It's relatively quiet too, especially compared to my other one. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. ... show more
