It is a clear 4 star rating. Accessories are below par but you can always purchase extra parts. The intake for air pressure is very fast to allow you to get to 90-110 psi. Noise level is acceptable. Only 2 gal tank so if work requires longer duration you will need to refill tank a few times ( but it took less than 20 seconds to do so)!

I really love this compressor, it actually exceeded my expectations. I have three other compressors, a 20 gallon oiled compressor and a 10 gallon oilless. This one is much quieter than either of them, quiet enough to easily use indoors without the noise being uncomfortable in the slightest. In terms of volume, I used it yesterday with my largest 1/2" staple gun to attach chicken wire to a coop (so a fair amount of rapid stapling). It kept up with the stapler without an issue. The output pressure regulator is easy and simple and seems to work fine, as does the drain valve and power switch. One thing I don't like is the position of the intake filter. It sticks out from the side of the compressor, and I can really see myself snapping that off as I move the compressor around. Should be an easy fix if I do as it just threads in, but still it's a poor design. I'm going to try and find a more low profile filter, or a 90 degree fitting so I can have it stick up instead of out. The accessory kit is cheap stuff, but it does work if you need to inflate something. I don't like the hose and immediately replaced it and tossed the hard plastic one that came with it. One interesting thing to note is that the accessory kit DOES NOT include the coupler fitting you'd need to attach the accessories to the hose coupling that is included. So you actually can't use the accessory kit right out of the box, which I could see being VERY annoying to someone who buys this expecting to use it immediately. I took off a star for the filter placement, and the accessory kit not including the coupler to actually allow you to use it immediately, but otherwise I'm very happy with the compressor.

I haven't had any problems with it so far and am Happy to have it. Great to add and start using "air tools" or for any compressed air needs.

Quick Overview: This 2-gallon compressor from Jin Gren surprised me at first. It is quieter than I expected, well-built, lightweight, and easy to move around. If all you need is a portable unit for basic household tasks, it’ll get the job done. However, the missing connector needed to use the included hose and accessory, the exposed plastic filter placement, the brittle hose, and the elevated price point hold it back from being an easy recommendation. It works, but it is not the value it should be at this price. Pros: • Runs much quieter than expected—noticeably quieter than my 8-gallon unit. • Well-made overall, with a solid frame and decent paintwork. • Oilless motor means easier long-term maintenance. • Light enough that even my aging muscles can carry it without grumbling. • The drain valve is placed where normal humans can reach it. • Tank fills quickly, and recovery time is reasonable for a 2-gallon unit. Cons: • The connector you need between the supplied hose and supplied accessory is not included. For a unit at this price, that is an unnecessary frustration. • The intake filter sticks out far enough to tempt fate. It is plastic, and I can easily see it getting snapped off. • The included hose is stiff plastic. I cannot imagine it surviving cold weather without turning into a rigid noodle. • Accessory quality is bottom-tier. They will work for a time (probably until you NEED them), but expect to replace them. • The power cord naturally drapes across the pressure gauge, which is a mild annoyance during use. • The price is simply too high compared to other units. I found many larger and better-equipped models on Amazon for less. • The instruction manual needs work. Words are correct but not used correctly, and I never found a single instruction explaining that the filter must be installed. My Take: I initially thought this would be a clear 4-star review. The compressor itself is solid, quiet, and performs well enough for small tasks. But after writing my list of drawbacks, especially the missing connector and the above-average price, a 3-star rating is more accurate. If you can overlook the quirks (missing parts, awkward filter placement, weak accessories) you may find it useful. For me, this fills the role of a driveway tire-inflator so I do not have to drag out my big compressor. It works, but for the price, I expected a completer and more polished package. Tips • Plan on replacing the hose shortly after buying this. • If you want to protect the intake filter, consider relocating it. • Check your compressor accessories before use; you may need to supply your own connector. 📌 Reviewer Note I aim to keep my reviews straightforward and add humor when I can. If this one feels a little “sterile,” that is just me keeping safe from the robots. Do not worry, I still do not sugarcoat. (My scale: 1 = No thanks, 5 = Buy it again in a heartbeat.)
