This bed was one of the best things I have ever bought on Amazon… Delivered on time but the Amazon person could not deliver to my foyer but instead left by the gate. I dragged it inside as it was heavy!!!! Vacuum sealed….the instructions were to be so careful cutting it open, which I was. It expanded quickly and took maybe one more day to fully expand. No smell, just beautiful corduroy material with ties and even these cords if you want to roll it up to move/carry it. It is just amazing, not lumpy at all, very full and between soft and firm I would say a 6. The heath is exactly as specified. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a bed to go on the floor, without a frame. With a frame would work but I want something lower. An amazing bed for a great price…

This futon mattress is amazing. It was supposed to be in our extra bedroom for guests you have as a bed but it is so comfortable that I ended up putting it into our main living room in our house. It is really great!

Full size is not quite 76”, I’m 6’ and hanging off at least 2” so maybe 68-69”. Everything else about it seems ok though

It is filled with shredded foam, which is of medium firmness and will not collapse when you lie on it. It has enough support and is suitable for use as a temporary bed or directly on the floor. It is also comfortable to sit on as a sofa bed. The increased thickness makes it more like a real mattress than ordinary thin futons. When you turn over at night, you will not directly feel the hardness of the ground. It is suitable for long-term use by adults. Its advantage is that it can be rolled up or folded, which is convenient for storage and moving. However, due to its large thickness, it is still a bit bulky when folded, and is not as light as the thin ones. It requires a little space when storing.
