Several of the pens, usually the ones I really liked, stopped working after a few times…plenty of ink left, just didn’t work. Was disappointed. But they were all good and satisfying to use.

I absolutely love the colors and having the metallic addition. They write beautifully when they actually write. It would right a few words and then cut out so you have to go over it again and again. Not smooth at all. I was disappointed.

I love to color, and I’ve got a stack of adult coloring books just for this urge. Many are floral, and I wanted to accentuate some of the pages with metallic ink. The metallic ink adds a lovely sheen to the colored pencil fills and is really fun to work with. The pen tips are small enough to do some fairly detailed spots, too. I didn't have any issues with leaking or smearing, though I made sure to not touch the ink for a few minutes after applying it. FUN! ... show more

The gel in these pens is excellent. Great colors and lots of glitter! They're great for art projects or for cards. However, the casing of the pens themselves are simply clear, round plastic. There's no grip, no texture, just round smooth plastic. Because of this, I think they could be better. They get 5 stars simply for the price. I don't think you're going to get a better set this cheap. ... show more

    • GORGEOUS ink, but won't last long
These pens are absolutely beautiful! They write very smoothly (though a few had some jiggly tips at first that made me afraid I'd break the barrel loose and lose the nib inside it), and the ink is an absolutely gorgeous shimmery gel. However, they have a VERY thick line and put down a lot of ink in that line, so they absolutely are not going to last long. The glitter and the ink aren't always the same color, which gives this incredible depth to the color that changes depending on the angle you look at it, however, the glitter does wipe off on your fingers even after the ink has dried. Still, these pens are SO pretty. I can't wait to write all the things for as long as they last! ... show more
