Nice tire and wheel, but may not fit all mowers. On my Husqvarna GT2254 garden tractor/mower, there is only about 3/16 inch clearance between the tire sidewall and mowers wheel spindle support. The included spacers did not help much because the new wheel’s hub is centered differently than the original Husqvarna factory wheel hub. I put the new wheel hub’s shallow side to the inside and shimmed out as far as possible using 3 thin washers and still getting one of the dust cap retaining washers behind the outside c-clip, tires inflated to max of 27psi. I mowed for 30 minutes and the new tires sidewalls did not drag on the wheel spindle supports, so maybe all is ok as long as I keep the tires fully inflated. I may end up removing the GICOOL tires from the new rims and installing the tires on the old rims. No complaints on the quality of the GICOOL tires or wheels. ... show more

I brought these to replace the existing tires and rims on my Husqvarna GTH 24V 52 LS. The original rim bearings wore out and damaged the rims replacing the bearings was not an option due to the damage (the bearings would not stay in place). The right side spindle was also damaged I replaced it before installing the new tires and rims. It’s only been one day since I replaced the wheels so I can’t say how they wear or last. I can say this it’s a heck of a lot easier than installing new tires on the old rims which was a real pain to install. I made sure to grease the wheels afterwards. ... show more

These GICOOL 16x6.50-8 front lawnmower tire and wheel assemblies made it an easy job to replace the original tires on my 2018-era Poulan Pro PP20VA46 20HP 46inch-wide garden tractor. And it was nice that the assemblies came with 5/8 inch bearings too in case i had needed them. (My Poulan Pro takes 3/4 inch so the assemblies were perfect as-received.) They were super easy to install - just remove the flexible dirt-protector-cover outer, then remove the C-Clip that holds the tire on the axle. (Be careful when removing the C-Clip since those things tend to want to spring into the nearest weed-patch and hide.) And i took this opportunity to heavily grease the inner part of the wheel assembly. While i do think that “a clean machine” is the best way to operate, i avoid washing my garden tractor anymore. That’s because i destroyed several important parts on a garden tractor years ago by washing it (several times) with detergent and effectively removing all the grease that was protecting all kinds of bearings and joints. The hours and cost that i incurred replacing those parts convinced me not to use water or detergent on a garden tractor any more. So i do run dirty (as shown in the photos.) One issue that i already knew when i ordered them that these GICOOL tires were 16x6.50-8 and my factory-originals were 15X6.00-6. So i knew the front end would be raised up by 1/2inch after installation. But when i inspected the mower deck after installing these larger tires, the deck was better-levelled afterwards than prior to the installation. (I had not checked the level prior to installation, so that was a surprise.) One thing i did notice is that these tires (with a max inflation of 27psi) feel quite a bit stiffer to me than the factory-original tires at 14psi max. However, i see nothing bad about a somewhat stiffer ride so i am just commenting in case someone might want to consider that factor before purchasing. All-in-all these GICOOL 16x6.50-8 front lawnmower tire and wheel assemblies are an excellent addition to my old Poulan Pro. And will help extend the life of that six-year-old garden tractor. ... show more

These are a nice set of wheels and tires - ready to replace your mower's front tires I'm not putting these on a tractor - they are going to be used to fabricate a towable carrier for our shredder so that its more easily moved around our property - it has a "tow kit" available but the existing wheels are small and close together - not a good combination for our heavily sloped property. These wheels are easy to work with, easy to mount and seem well built - I won't be pushing the load ratings but don't see any reason they wouldn't live up to their rating. When I looked into replacing the front tires on my mower that were dry rotted. The cost of the tires, the cost of having them mounted, and the time it would take to get these items done all came into consideration. Purchasing new tires that were already mounted, although a few dollars more without taking into consideration what my time is worth made much more sense. The tires were easy to install, remove a carter pin, remove a washer and the tire slides off and you slide a new one on. These a durable high quality 4 ply tubeless tires mounted on solid steel rims. The rims have a nice even coat of paint on them. The rubber on the tires is of high quality. The threads are nice and the tires do not tear up your yard. These fit perfectly on my older craftsman mower. Installation was simple and quick. Value for money is excellent. So much easier buying these with the rims compared to buying just the tires and having to mount them. I have no hesitation recommending these tires. ... show more
