I have a 2015 Challenger SXT Plus that I use for 2 hours of commuting everyday, I liked everything about it except for the infotainment restrictions (dealership upgrade issues, at the time expensive data plans, no carplay). This product (and its previous iteration) has made my commute manageable after upgrading. What sets this product apart is the snappy customer support, a large storage capacity compared to comparable products (if you're like me, you will appreciate this for apps/music ect), and support for google playstore apps. They've made a couple versions of this radio that have all really been spot on. This product has a straightforward installation, the manufacturer has a helpful installation video. The radio is indistinguishable from the factory until you turn it on, it has a good fit. The radio is not compatible with the factory microphone, as this seems to be a common issue among android headunits, but there is a external microphone provided that will provide acceptable call quality and register voice commands through ok google or whatever app you're using. I personally use a bluetooth earpiece for calls as the microphone will pick up roadnoise and I haven't figured out a software fix. Another technical issue is the loss of function in the stock sports mode button. After some research my workaround was installing a Tazer PCM re-programer to open I think 6 modes including sports on the dash, which is why I'm cannot this as a loss, in addition to being a workaround it just adds alot to the car. I included some pictures showing how to set up the back-up camera and where to access the wifi menu, playstore app and the playstore in the settings menu. I'm still adding back my old apps from my gen 2 Awesafe radio. Some of my favorite things with this radio are the GPS subscription with Waze. I use voice commands on Microsoft copilot sometimes if I have a specific thing I need to figure out quickly, which has been pretty helpful. I travel pretty far so I like having a few office apps like google calander I can look at as I'm leaving my car, saves me some time. Carplay is great and its the fastest way to get to your music, but if you connect yourself to a hotspot before leaving home, there are more apps avaliable on playstore in addition to the android auto apps, again you could run this as an android 13 device. I'm a resident, I find this useful because theres access to alot of audio medical lectures through various apps, with some proper planning I think I could better utilize youtube for audio. Again, the expanded storage on this device makes it pretty functional and I'm also enjoying the smoothness that comes with the Android 13 system compared to the previous version.

The installation went fine once I gave up on the printed directions and watched a few videos from people who’d already figured it out. The unit itself fit the dash perfectly and actually looks factory once it’s in place. I’m using it with Android Auto, which connects quickly and stays stable on every drive. The screen is bright, responsive, and a big step up from the original system. Sound quality improved right away, and the backup camera integration worked with no extra effort. The only quirk is the microphone; it’s an external one that picks up more road noise than I’d like, so calls are fine but not great. Navigation works well through Google Maps, though it needs an internet connection to get started. Once that’s running, everything is smooth. The controls are logical, and steering-wheel buttons still function properly. The company’s English translation in the listing promises to make “every driver feel the warmth of home,” which I can only assume is a metaphor, since nothing about this radio is physically warm. It also claims to “retain Original Factory frame,” and somehow it does. So points for accuracy, if not grammar. Four stars. It’s a strong, feature-packed upgrade that performs well once installed, but the documentation and microphone keep it from perfection. Still, if you can follow a YouTube tutorial, you’ll end up with a Charger that feels a lot more modern.

Although it would be simple for a novice, I have performed installations on other vehicles in the past. It has a great how-to video on YouTube. The device looks fantastic, and Apple CarPlay connects fast. Even though the larger screen makes my vision a little blurry, the backup camera works without any additional setup and gives me a wider view than the car's original screen. My speakers now have better sound, I can view YouTube videos and Amazon Prime shows while parked, and the backup camera's image size has grown thanks to the system. Its lack of an integrated navigation system is its sole disadvantage. Even with Google Maps, it needs an internet connection to work, which seems superfluous given that I could use Apple CarPlay to navigate on my phone. It is a slight annoyance, but not a significant one. In addition, I typically have to utilize the speaker because my phone's microphone is very low and muffled when making calls. Although adding amps and subs will yield the finest sound, the overall quality appears to be excellent as well. However, that is essentially how it is. Additionally, it gives the truck a more contemporary appearance and greatly improves the interior's appeal. I am personally fairly pleased with the machine because it has the connections I desire and the rest is respectable. There will be some labor involved in installation, so start with your homework. After I followed a YouTube tutorial rather than the supplied instructions—which were obviously written by someone who had never seen a car—installation was simple. The kit came with everything I needed, and after it was set up, the stock camera and steering wheel controls functioned as intended. For the price, this is a significant upgrade over the original radio. After installation, the dashboard looks much better thanks to this product's clean, contemporary style. The device also works flawlessly, with precise, quick touchscreen controls and a sharp, clear image on the larger screen. Another helpful feature is the physical controls, which let you use the device without relying on the touchscreen. This facilitates volume control while driving. The audio quality is excellent, and the product's wireless communication has been dependable and clear. For the price, this is a significant upgrade over the original radio. After installation, the dashboard looks much better thanks to this product's clean, contemporary style. The best sound will come from adding amps and subs, but the overall quality seems to be really good as well. But that is very much the way it is. It also makes the truck look more modern and significantly enhances the appeal of the cabin. Since the system has the connectors I want and the rest is decent, I am personally quite happy with it.
