Great quality, sturdy, perfect size for firearms.
This gun safe is built to last, and features an extremely sturdy construction. I particularly appreciate its security features. It accommodates firearms of various sizes and configurations while also providing storage for other valuables. After using it several, I highly recommend this safe.

Nice gun safe for the money
Delivery was REALLY fast! There's a dent in the top right corner of the door...but the rest of the cabinet is fine & everything functions properly.

Terrible customer service
Purchased this safe and it arrived damaged. Notified Marcree and at first they seemed very accommodating saying they would take care of everything. They said they would send a new safe and I wouldn't have to bother sending the damaged one back Then the messages changed tone and they wanted the damaged safe back and I better package it correctly to avoid additional damage which would affect my refund (if I chose that option). They said they synchronized my photos with their overseas personnel so they could see if there was any new damage. I told them several times I just wanted a replacement undamaged safe. They made several mentions about how I should expect "minor damage" which is common from overseas products. The last message they told me to package the safe "very carefully" and send it back and once their personnel inspected it, they would send a new safe. I told them I am not waiting for this thing to get back to china so I can get my new safe. I turned it over to Amazon, so we'll see where it goes from her.
