The first one I ordered worked for about three days with extremely cold air coming out. After the first three days, the compressor stopped kicking on, and it was somewhat like a fan. I exchanged it for another one. The second one never worked it’s a fan the compressor has never kicked on. I’m exchanging it for a third one (yea I know- But maybe third times a charm?) I Will say that Amazon makes it easy to return except it extremely heavy and you have to haul it over to UPS.

When product was delivered there was a strong smell of the refrigerent. Instructions on the box cautioned to store upright which it seems it wasn't. The bottom of the box was missing and the box was strapped together. The product is still working as it should.

The media could not be loaded. Overall good portable ac- I only use it for a couple of hours working in an unfinished room. The only gripe I have with this unit is that it’s NOT whisper quiet at all . If I’m in a meeting, I turn it off . It’s pretty loud actually. I’ll try to use the sleep mode and see if that helps with the loud operation sound
