I had struggled to find a suitable air conditioner - none of the cooling towers with ice blocks cooled at all. This one, however, is a true A/C unit. It works well for my apartment and was easy to set up. My apartment is approximately 1000 sq ft and it cools at least half of it to the point where the kitchen/living area actually gets chilly. For apartments whose heating and air are controlled at the building level and not by the residents, this is definitely an answer for transition times when the AC has not been turned on. ... show more

Received on Friday, plugged in on Monday. Set up was pretty easy, the YouTube videos suggested were very helpful. Worked for a few hours then turned off in the middle of the night and won’t turn back on. Maybe it’s defective.

Been using it for a few days and I’m pretty happy with it. Cools the room quickly, and the sleep mode is great at night since it keeps the noise level low. The remote control is convenient, and the design looks modern. Overall, good value for the price.

Seems to be a great unit so far. I use it in my travel trailer that I am using as an office after a fire destroyed my building. The timer more is perfect to cool it before I get there and keep it cool all day (in Arizona) while using less energy than the built in system on the trailer. Very cool little unit (no pun intended) and very easy to set up. Would highly recommend. The reason for only 4 stars is because it doesn't not work with Google home automation, only ALEXA. PLS fix this and I'll come back and give you a 5 star. 👍👍

Seems to run fine for 15 minutes before having to shut off... it's not full of water or even indicating it's full, just shuts off. No kinks in the hose, and filters are clean. After about 20-30 seconds, it will turn back on. The constant turning on and off wakes us up and gets annoying really quick. If this is fixable, I'd really like it for all the other features. ... show more
