I actually haven’t hooked it up yet. Picture online shows the hose runs along bottom of window,,,, well this one has that the window piece goes the long way,, who has a French style window???? So I’m going to improvise so it can fit the bottom of window like regular windows are so until I get it hooked up I’ll not rate it, for now it’s 2 stars it showed nothing on the box,, it was only on the instructions sheet after you open the hole box!!! ... show more

The hose line is huge in comparison to the device itself. The installation kit for that huge hose is flimsy and very thin. You have to reinforce it yourself. No weather stripping is provided and I feel like the device puts off more heat than it does cooling Once you have it all put together it takes up alot of space and it has to be attached to a window...
