The item is priced right. This is a beautiful product however it requires a lot of labor (for the amount of labor this takes, I wouldn't pay more than the current price (under $300.) Anyways, if you dont know how to do wiring, you will be paying an electrician to mount this and wire it, so that will be extra $$ The item is beautiful just like it shows in pictures. Light Bulbs are not included but we found them at Home Depot. The crystals take a long time to place on but overall it is not too difficult. Do use a good thin plier to bend the crystal wires to attach to base of light. It is a very bright lit fixture so if you have a small space like us, use minimum required Bulbs range. Its a pretty chandeliers but lacks property instructions to assemble. They need to add instructions on adding the crystals on the instructions which they barely mentioned. I had to look at other reviews, pictures to make sense of which section of crystals need to go first. Secondly, the crystals sent were packaged in a such a way that the hooks are not even correct, one has to fix the hook after attaching to the chandelier. Edited: The seller reached out to me asking the reason for my 3 star rating. They were very helpful in offering extra pieces or any sort of help needed from their side along side improving the instructions manual. I would rate 5 stars for their prompt customer service and readiness to help. The chandelier is beautiful piece and worth purchasing. ... show more

I love this chandelier. It is so beautiful. It’s really a great statement piece. The only this is you need a little patience. I suggest pliers to attach the crystals. Overall this took me about 4 hrs to assemble. I love it.

Not sure why anyone would less than a 5 star. Maybe because it takes awhile to assemble the crystals. I just sat down and watched tv while putting the balls together. Very easy to install but it does take 2 people. Looks like a very expensive chandelier

This chandelier has very high reviews and let me tell you, it is well deserving of them. My bar was set high from the start and this product did not disappoint. It arrived VERY well packaged. Each crystal strand was individually bubble wrapped and then inserted into separate chambers in a big foam block. However, several strands contained chipped or cracked crystal, but this chandelier came with extras already supplied!! There is no way they were damaged in shipping with that excellent packaging, so I’m guessing they were just missed by quality control. I’m not taking any stars off because it came with enough extras to replace the bad ones, so my problem was resolved up front before needing to complain. This chandelier looks great with the lights on or off, but I don’t like the yellow/warm bulbs that came with it, so I replaced with dimmable “daylight” LED bulbs and this fixture absolutely sparkles! I’ve been shopping for a couple months and am so glad I found this one on Amazon. The price is amazing and it looks absolutely beautiful. Installation was a bit of a challenge because it could really use an extra set of hands to hang, but I was able to hang it all by myself successfully and I’ve never hung a chandelier before.. I am SO glad I made this purchase! It makes my dining room POP and the pictures really don’t do it enough justice. ... show more
