This is a very beautiful light fixture. It's highly recommended to get a professional electrician to install it or if you install it yourself to have an entire day dedicated to install. My main issue with this is the packaging. The strings with the crystals come doubled in one bag. So this causes them to tangle when removing them. Most of the time spent on there light fixture is preventing them from tangling. This is a bad packaging job because if they were individually wrapped, this would allow for the strings to not get tangled. The instructions are pretty clear just be sure to keep count and track of the letters that you're on or you will easily miss something. I paid for this to be installed to save the trouble but the time took longer than expected so I'm paying more money because some of the pieces didn't seem to be labeled correctly. It's not possible to request a refund because it's not worth the hassle to take down and repackage. ... show more

This chandelier is everything!!! So beautiful. So bright. So elegant. So fabulous! What an upgrade to my home foyer. Instantly added value to my house. I got a professional electrician to put this up. He did have to use added reinforcement to support the fixture and ensure it stayed up, apart from that, he found it easy to install. What a beauty. Excellent Chandelier, looks great, worth the price. Crystals are of good quality, the only thing is it took good 7 hours to install and some of the strings came tangled and spent a lot of time trying to untangle them. As we moved forward with the assembly the shorter strings where easier to install and untangle.
