I’ve had this toothbrush for a couple of months now and have loved it from day one. It came fully charged & according to the product details, a 1 day charge will last 90 days! I will say, last week it stopped working suddenly. I assumed it needed to be charged as I had not done that yet. I let it charge the full day according to the instructions, but it still wouldn’t work. Obviously, I was beyond the 30-day window so I contacted the seller customer support via email (on a holiday weekend, by the way) and was surprised to hear back from them the same day. I explained the situation and provided my order details and there were no questions asked, they said they would be mailing a replacement immediately! A couple of days later I had the replacement at my door! Also, a few days after I had ordered my original toothbrush, I ordered my husband the same one as well. We’ve basically had them the same amount of time and he’s yet to have to charge his and hasn’t had any issues. I say all of this to say, we all know how things can, unfortunately be a lemon and it’s unpredictable and unavoidable for the most part. The fact that the company is so willing to provide a 1-year warranty and actually stand behind that with such a painless & seamless process is PRICELESS!     • I am OBSESSED with this toothbrush!
I have wanted the *leading brand* sonic toothbrush for a long time but couldn't justify the price. So, when I found 7AM2M sonic toothbrush for literally a fraction of the price, I had to give it a try and I could not be more happy that I took that chance. This is 100% the best toothbrush I have ever had. I have been using it for about a month and a half and have not yet had to charge it. It's still going on the charge it had right out of the box. I love that it has mild/sensitive settings and would definitely recommend starting on one of those settings if you have never used a sonic toothbrush before because it is a very different sensation than other electric toothbrushes. I was pleasantly surprised by the automatic timer, not only does it run for the recommended 2 minutes, but it also has a brief pause every 30 seconds so you can ensure you're brushing each of the 4 quadrants of your mouth equally. My teeth have never felt cleaner. This brush gives the just-left-the-dentist kind of clean feeling and I'm absolutely in love. And, as if that all isn't impressive enough, the value here simply cannot be beat. This came with 6 replacement heads which means I won't have to buy another brush head for a year and a half. You seriously can barely get that many manual toothbrushes at the local big box store for that price. I actually raved so much about this toothbrush that my husband asked me to buy him one, too. And, since it comes in so many colors options, there's no risk of confusion. The only problem is that I, of course, bought the pink one and, while I love it, I'm a little jealous of how cute my husband's orange one is! Seriously, make this your next toothbrush! This electric pink tooth brush is gentle on teeth and implant/crown I recently had. Nice vibration levels. It has 5 settings from clean to sensitive with 6 brush heads and stays charged up to 15 hours (I left unplugged in AM & went to brush bedtime, it had plenty power 🔋). Price is great as well.     • Updated to include seller sent a new one
2 months old and will no longer turn on . Light indicates it is charging and fully charged button won’t push to turn on. The issue was not with the battery, but somehow the switch internally got pushed down and could not activate. Seller sent me a new one, and I have another we bought with th original and as of now the 2nd original and the replacement are both working good. The amount of settings and the functionality are really good, better than my own older Sonicare. Will update again if there are more issues ... show more

Stay away from these. Not worth it. They last about a year then they stop working. This is my second set of these tooth brushes for my two kids. The first set lasted a bit over a year then they stopped working. It doesn’t matter how long you have them on the charger, you turn them on and they buzz for 2 seconds and they stop. I said to myself, maybe it’s because the kids always have them on the charger and the battery died. So my plan was to charge them up and only recharge when needed. These brushes last weeks in between charges when they do work so that wasn’t a problem. But now one of the toothbrushes stopped working 15 months after I bought them again. I assume the other one that is working at the moment will eventually stop any day now. ... show more

    • Great toothbrush for a very affordable price
I've been using it for a month now, and i really like this toothbrush. it's held a charge for about 28 days being used x2 a day, it's cute, and cleans my teeth better than my $90 Oral-B brush. the multiple heads it comes with are awesome, i'll be set for awhile on those so i really appreciate that as they are VERY expensive for the big brands. my only issues were the button at first; i kept accidentally turning the brush off and changing the settings but it only took a few days to get used to, and the length of the heads. they're very long. it's GREAT for getting the back molars but difficult to brush your tongue with without gagging. i'm still rating 5 stars because this toothbrush is SO worth the price. ... show more
