The fixture is beautiful! However, the RS Lighting should disclose installing this light with a dimmer switch causes major functionality issues (I’m assuming this is the problem. We’re not electricians after-all). The chandelier comes with a remote that allows you to dim, change tonality, etc. (Which is very cool!) We decided to install with a dimmer switch in case the remote is eventually lost or broken - not thinking it would cause a problem. Now the light will not even turn on every time we try to turn it on! Paid a lot of $$$ to complete this project, and I’m disappointed that we’re having issues. RS Lighting, if you think the dimmer switch is not the problem, please reach out in the event the chandelier is simply not functioning properly. Would be willing to update my review with a response from the seller! ... show more

I bought this and waiting for my house to be remodeled. Finally last week it was installed and I spent a lot of money on electrician, and a lift plus 2 other people to help the electrician since it’s so heavy. It worked for about 2 hours and now it doesn’t work. Anyone on here have any tips? I’m so bummed out. I called Amazon for help and they were of no help, the customer service rep could care less and when I asked her for a phone number for the manufacture she sounded annoyed and then gave me a disconnected number. This was such an expensive purchase and no one seems to care that the product is faulty. This is the downside of purchasing from Amazon. If I would have bought it from a store they would have helped solve the problem. ... show more

I love this. I was intimidated initially, wasn't sure how the quality would be, but I love it. 12 lights is enough, the lights are very easy to adjust (you just pull up or down) - worth every penny.
