Fits a lot of items, though I do get nervous when having a laptop with other fairly heavy items in it as it does feel like it may break the straps. However, I just hold the bottom of the bag to be safe and have not had an issue. I doubt that is even necessary though. Strapless length is lwky a bit tiny? Idk my arms r lwky big, butut it does hold my laptop, phone, chargers, makeup bag and water bottle pretty well. Its definitely a nice black color and I've had no issues with the zipper so its easy to open and close.
