So far so good. Still waiting for it to fully puff up but I'm open to adding poly fill like another user mentioned. Assembly was generally easy but definitely take breaks so you don't catch the dumb like I did and put the backs on backwards. At least I figured it out eventually. 😭 Good size for my small apartment and it's nice to have a couch in a color other than black brown it beige. Fabric is decently soft but I think it should be easy to clean cat hair off of it. It's a little low to the ground but adding some risers solved it for me, personally. ... show more

Our old couch was worn and ragged and it was time to get a new one. We didn't want to pay twice as much money and then even more for shipping, so we went here. The size is perfect for two large people, probably could fit there or four if they are smaller. It is lower to the ground, but I prefer that, it makes it feel cozy. The build feels sturdy. Solid wood base and metal back. My cat did puke on it (she prefers to do so on soft things much to our dismay) and it was easy to clean up. Obviously that isn't a soda or other liquid, but I imagine with the removable covers it should be relatively easy to clean. ... show more

Definitely no CLOUD couch. Sits very low and isn’t very deep. Definitely need the ottoman to sit comfortably if your watching TV. If you only have one ottoman your guest will suffer sitting straight up. Also comes vacuum sealed in a bunch of pieces and boxes. They should call this the BOX couch not the cloud. LOL. But on the upside, for a quick delivery, in a pinch couch it’s great. Quality is good considering price point and fabric is pretty durable. Overall pretty comfortable. This sofa is beautiful!!!! It’s fluffy, great quality, and the seller is very responsive and caring. I had an issue with the sofa (was user error, had nothing to do with the seller or the sofa) and they followed up and even called to get the issue squared away. The customer service is top tier!!!! it’s no cloud couch but it’s very beautiful and comfortable! i will say the cushion inserts aren’t the best quality and it would be better if they were bigger and fluffier. but you can always buy dif inserts! i do love the green and the couch itself was a good purchase 💜

I ordered the three piece set with ottoman and only received two pieces with ottoman… very disappointed as we were very excited for this couch to come. Not sure how to go about this as I would just like the middle part shipped to me so I can finish making the couch.
