My unit arrived in 2 boxes on 2 different days fairly quick and with very little damage to the shipping boxes. I just assembled this and it was quite the project. When I opened the box I was pretty overwhelmed but I laid out all the boards and bags of hardware they are all clearly labeled. I followed the direction step by step and didn’t skip a round. I thought the directions were pretty good some of it took me a little longer but I’m just not the kind of person that automatically sees how things go from a picture (some handy people are) but I figured out every step. There were two holes drilled for the wooden dowels where the locking screw head should have went so I had to fill them in and wait for that to dry to drill them to the right size. I built most of this on my kitchen table (put a drop cloth on so I wouldn’t scratch the table) so I wouldn’t have to sit in the floor or bend over for hours I’m a 63 year old woman so I highly recommend this for a large part of it. Especially all the little small pieces. This is a very heavy piece mine is the larger one so I definitely needed a hand to get the top piece attached and it off the table and close to where it would sit. Other than that I only had one little chip by one of the cabinet doors which I’ll touch up with a dab of paint. The fireplace is quite lovely with so many color options for the flames, log and side doors which can all be changed independently. The heat function is helpful also it keeps me quite comfortable while I’m sitting on the couch watching tv just have reasonable expectations. I have a large open concept living kitchen dining area and I can tell the difference in the kitchen area as opposed to the living area. I read so many reviews with pictures of gaps in the doors. In the front of the instructions P.3 it tells you how to fix that issue so I don't have that problem. The gaps at the top I couldn’t get adjusted completely so you can still see them when the lights are turned on. I might try tinkering with the that again but that probably wouldn’t bother most people. If you take the time with the screws on the hinges you can adjust so much (also time consuming). The instructions are right there just turn the screw a little at a time and it will look a lot better than a bunch of the reviews with pictures on here. I almost didn’t buy this one because of this issue but I’m so glad I did. Also the back panel that’s in two pieces the holes are only drilled at the top. After I lined it up at the top I took a small nail and tapped where the screw would go and they went right in. All in all now that it’s done and working I’m quite happy with it for the price point. Time and patience and a little bit of wood filler were all I needed. It is more of a off white compared to true white but that isn’t an issue for me but it’s helpful to know. So many of the reviews helped me so I hope this one helps some one else.

Amazing!! This electric fireplace is great. It has a lot of steps to put together, and may need assistance to finish putting it up. But I’m all I love this. Added just what I needed to my living room.

The media could not be loaded. Love love love ❤️ this fireplace TV entertainment center. It's perfect!! Best thing I've ever bought myself!! It was easy to put together my old man didn't scream or cuss once! It really classes up the joint and makes our new little home special!! Looking for 2 matching side cabinets & shelves. It's beautiful. We are so happy with this purchase. I might get a few more for the bedrooms. I don't know why people would complain about this. It's a good thick quality, easy to build, came a day earlier than expected, looks wonderful and now everyone that sees it, wants one. Had a bunch on my FB post said they are getting one.

Product looks nice and assembly wasn't bad. Only complaint I have is that there was a damaged piece and I have been working with customer service to get it replaced but they are saying they don't stock the defective piece and are asking me to fix it for a percentage discount which may end up costing more that what they are offering. More to come.

The fireplace comes in 2 packages. First package that arrived was the main frame. Will update later when the fireplace insert shows up. First off, the box is pretty big and heavy. I was very surprised that nothing was damaged, they packaged it beautifully and placed the glass strategically so it’s protected. Lay everything out in alphabetical order first. Makes the process so much easier to build. Order are very easy to follow. I built it alone in about 2 hours. I was tempted to use my battery tools but decided to just use a screw driver. First page shows how to adjust the doors. I adjusted them a little so they sat flush and evenly. The soft close feature is pretty amazing. It seems pretty solid and made of good material. I’m definitely glad I went with this option. It’s worth buying. Everything went together easily, didn’t have to force anything. Just follow the instructions and be patient. Overall, I love it. Will update once insert shows up and I install.

Really loved it. It was just the right size and looked better as far as logs. Some of the others looked so fake. This one is beautiful. It wasn't to hard to put together. took about an hour and a half. It was past our expectations.

Looks just like the picture, it was easy to assemble just probably need two people. It makes the space you’re putting it in feel so cozy. Definitely recommend it, also customer service was great too.
