The customer service was helpful as the sofa arrived in 2 boxes and the ottoman (purchased separately) arrived later. Needed a sofa that would fit through a narrow doorway going downstairs into my family room. Since this comes in separate pieces ready for assembly, it fit my needs. It comes in two separate boxes. I received one box one day and the 2nd box the next day. Both boxes arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date. I'm a petite older lady and I was able to carry the pieces downstairs and assemble it mostly by myself. I did have a friend help me guide the armrest pieces onto the side brackets of the seats. It's perfect for my needs but sits lower than I like, so going to order risers for the feet to raise it up about 3 more inches. ... show more

this sofa sits low to the ground. Just know that going in. we bought some taller feet, and replaced the existing ones. It's quite comfortable, but not sure it's really worth the cost. plus paid $100 shipping. pretty easy to put together. would be good for short people or kids.

Exactly what I was expecting. Perfect size for a studio apartment. I am a 22F and built it on my own in about an hour. Came in two packages which I easily moved myself. Pretty comfy and you can lay down comfortably. Got in the beige color.
