This is the first piece of furniture where I've encountered plastic-based cam screws. They made assembly more difficult as they kept popping out of their pre-drilled holes and we had to continuously "slap" the pieces back together as we shifted the cabinet during the build. Once it was fully assembled and set in place, we noticed that simply opening and closing the doors put enough strain on the sides of the cabinet that it kept slowly gapping the sides from the shelves, top, and bottom panels. Both side panels were cracked so would not be sturdy at all!! They replaced and i did not have to send it back. Im 72 and i had a hard time working with the box and putting it together so i was grateful! Directions are all pics no words. That was ok but pics werent always easy to follow!!! Looks nice, hoping the new one is in good shape cause it looks sturdy f not cracked!! Pretty heavy- might want to stabilize with wall bracket that is included. ... show more

Product looks high quality in seller photos, but item is very cheaply made. All edges expose the manufactured material, product is not smoothly painted (many spots you can see grey material through the white), multiple corners damaged, and pantry is very unstable (unless with mount to the wall in several places). Poor quality, scratches, cracks and glue residue all Over brand new product. There's a big crack on one of the side panels. Requested refund, but there's no way I can re package this and send back 200+ pounds (came in 2 boxes). Contacted Company, will Update with any response. Very disappointed spent this money on crap product Edit: after some Back and forth, seller agreed to refund since the cabinet is not able to be used as intended and damaged.
