No Damage to the box of any kind when received. 2 panels inside had multiple cracks, not from shipping, but from the machining/handling process. Mind you it's a cheap unit to buy and I get it, But the product was packed Damaged and then shipped off. The media could not be loaded. This might be a great unit if we could get a working remote for the flickering unit. The fire is fine as are the lights but the main unit lights make you feel dizzy. Thankfully we do not have seizure’s but it is uncomfortable to watch. I write 7 or seven times, always getting a polite reply telling me they didn’t know which remote I needed and therefore couldn’t send ( I sent pictures over and over) or saying they didn’t have the address. It is simply running out the return time when the remedy should be an easy fix. ... show more
