I like this fountain - we have it outside where the wind won't catch it - windy location would (most likely) interfere with the water dropping from "leaf" to "leaf." For the price, you can't go wrong. I coated the parts with a clear spray just for a little more protection - we have hard water. Easy set up - can use more rocks - they supply some, but will not cover the entire base. Easy problem to solve. It has a pleasant sound to it as well. My only ding is that it would be great if there was some lighting for nighttime ... it really needs something to light it up / showcase the fountain. ... show more

Really disappointed with this fountain. There is next to no water trickle sound, but there’s PLENTY of noise coming from the pump. Aesthetically, it’s nice looking. But for the price, I expected much more from this product.

The media could not be loaded. I just finished putting this in our back garden. For years, I’ve resisted a “store bought” fountain - opting for DIY. We’ve a teeny tiny city-sized back garden. I wanted height without bulk. The design reminds me of birds of paradise. It took no time to assemble, just 2 pieces. I anchored mine with granite cobblestone around the base for stability. I concur with other reviews that there could be more River stones, but that’s a minor issue. For the price, I’m thrilled. I’ll be happy as it ages / rusts - even better ... show more

This is not a well-designed product. I’m not sure what compound is used in construction of the base, but it quickly deteriorated, becomes brittle, and breaks apart. The outside surface chips off, exposing a power-like inner material almost like paper-mache. The base is not made of rock or plastic, which would not have disintegrated the way it has. The fountain did not last a month before it’s integrity was compromised, and after 6 months I will be seeking a refund. The pump works fine - it’s quiet and strong enough for the job. ... show more
