Had for three weeks still unsure
Love the concept of the chair. However the heat does not seem to work but a minute or two with the massage. I have had it for three weeks at my work desk. So I have not got to play with it alot. But the massage works good. I did notice that my cord has a small place on it where the wire is rubbed. The chair is very plush and has a comfy fit. Love the color. Just wish I could figure out why the cord looks like it does and how I can get the heat to work longer than a minute or two if I change the mode of massage.

Comfortable for chair don’t buy for the heat or massage
The seat is very comfortable and reclines well. The footstool is great for sitting comfortably sideways at my desk. However the massage and heat don’t “work” and for that I’m giving one star. They turn on, but the chair doesn’t heat up anywhere in the back and the massage just makes a really loud noise but doesn’t actually do anything.

All day comfort
I have had the chair for half a year. I love it. I work from home and prior to this chair my back and tailbone were always hiring by the end of my 10 hour work day. My back and tailbone no longer hurt after a long day at work. Cushioning and massage are very good. Heat is fair, but I'm always cold so it may be heated enough for other people. The material is easy to keep clean. The assembly was straight forward and I was able to do it without help.

Comfortably chair however the heat and massage function are rather disappointing. Otherwise I love the connected footrest and padding on this chair. Assembly was easy. Quality for the price is ok. If u are buying this for the heat and massage function I would keep looking as I was very disappointed in both.

The color is yellowish beige, wich is different from the picture, and no what I expected, also the remote turns off after few seconds and the seat doesn't warms up, the chair is comfortable tho...

Does NOT work properly
The chair is very uncomfortable. The heat doesn’t work at all and the massage shuts off after 1 minute. It has 3 options for timers but it literally only stays on for a minute. It shuts off when you select t a different mode sometimes. Very unsatisfied.
