If I buy a relatively expensive tool I rate its value by its ability to repay my investment over a given period. Even though I have only owned this tool for a short period, I estimate that it has repaid me a third of my outlay. I am using this tool to evaluate the best route to run my cables for my security cameras within a sealed wall structure. The endoscope has allowed me to follow existing TV cables and take a photo of the size of the hole drilled within the wooden frame to see if this is a possible route. Another option that I have been able to photograph is the distance between the wooden frame and the outer brick wall. I can review these photos at my leisure and choose the most efficient option. Working with the endoscope makes you realize that it is not a magic wand. It is only as good as your ability to manipulate the cable within a confined space from some distance away. Its no fault of the endoscope but a limitation nonetheless. If you can push the camera to the area under consideration, then the camera is able to take good photographs.

The 7-inch screen and high-quality lens provide crystal-clear imaging. The handheld unit is easy to use and comes with a hardshell case. It's great for assessing colonies and diagnosing mechanical issues in hard-to-access spaces. User-friendly, quick setup, three great cameras. Useful for exploring air ducts and crawlspaces, requires some skill. Overall, a handy tool for home inspection with excellent technical support.

Easy to use. Does NOT feel cheap. Feels pretty heavy intact which is a good thing here. Also very fast setup and the three cameras are nice too. I wish I had this tool back when I was a cable guy wall fishing lines and doing all sorts of guesswork as to where water and electric lines were. I do wish it had WiFi but that is not a deal breaker at all for the quality of the product.

My husband works in areas of darkness sometimes, and the close quarters mean that en a headlamp light doesn't quite do what he needs it to. The video screen is huge and gave him a lot of space to examine things. Unfortunately, the camera didn't move as well as he'd hoped. Having said that, this has been reliable and useful to us. 4 stars

I have used the DEPSTECH phone app and fiber optic lens for several years and have always been impressed with it, but this is a tremendous upgrade! The 7” screen and quality lens produces crystal clear imaging. The handheld unit is extremely easy to use and record images, plus it comes in a nice hardshell case to protect the device when being stored. I use it a lot to assess pest and wildlife colonies on our rural property, as well as mechanical issues in hard to access spaces. It is an extremely handy item for me and is definitely well suitable for a professional. It’s a great tool to have!
