The ladder came unwrapped and it was dirty and scratched. It took my husband an hour to clean it up. It is the perfect height to reach the attic in our closet. My ladder was just delivered on time and in a cardboard box. It is exactly as described and perfect to keep in my condo garage. I am 5'2" and 100 lbs and can easily move this around and reach my 9-foot ceilings.

Solid steady ladder. I needed on for overhanging tree limbs. Ladder had to be steady while holding a pole chain saw. This ladder is money well spent. Even has anchors points for hooking tools on or electric cords.
