The controller that came with the tree didn't work. They sent me a new controller and base (since they weren't sure which one was failing). Now everything works great. The music is a bit annoying, as others have said, but it's easy to just leave off.

I love this tree. I waited almost a month for it to come. I read reviews prior to purchase about the tree being skimpy after fluffing the branches, and in some spots it is. I always use artificial filler greens, such as pine branches. Christmas flowers, etc to give texture and varying shades of green to my trees so it works. The only issue I have is the lighting/plugs. There could be more lights and there is no place to plug in a tree topper. We bought a battery operated star. Also it is ONLY LED plugs. It does not give the option for 2 prong plugs as other rotating stands do. But I still love this tree. I have 3 trees which have different themes, this is my "travel" tree. Ornaments from all the places we've been. Love I can see them all as it rotates. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Love the turning tree. 8 options for lights and I tried to put most in video. Has timer. Easy to assemble. The music is driving me nuts but why bother with same music 😭 we wish you a merry Christmas is the only music over and over and over.....why advertisement for music. It has 1 song. ... show more
