The tree is nice. The lights are attached oddly. Could be done better, I have seen better. I am extremely glad I purchased used/new though. I paid $57 something and I feel that was fair. I would not pay $200+ or whatever the current cost is for brand new unopened box. I've had real trees for 30 years but was finally tired of the stress involved. Picking the right size, is it full enough, is it fresh and will it last. Does it need water, how fast is taking water, etc. Not to mention a 7-8 ft real tree has gone up to around $90 in our area. After doing alot of research I picked this one. Not being able to see it in person worried me. However I've seen $500 displays look terrible because they aren't put up properly. Out of the box I'd looks terrible but as mentioned "fluffing" is key and couldn't be simpler. The instructions tell you left, right, up, up with the branches. I had 3 lights that were out but replacements were included. I emailed the company and asked if they would replace my replacements and 3 days later 3 dozen replacement bulbs arrived via priority mail. I am beyond pleased! ... show more

First of all, I NEVER write reviews. But I did alot of looking around in person and online and lots of reading reviews before finally deciding on this tree to purchase. So I figured I can help others out as well. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but I still wanted a tree that looked full and was pre lit. This exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy with it (I spent a good 45 mins fluffing the branches, which makes a big difference). There are more lights on it than I expected and they give off a soft white glow. It’s a slim tree but definitely not a pencil tree. Great for a smaller area. You won’t be disappointed in it. ... show more

Trees lights do not last. Half of my tree no longer has lights. Was a very beautiful tree when it did work. Disappointing.

Overall, this is a beautiful tree. My only complaint is that it takes a long time to get all the branches to look nice. It is easy to assemble, but once it’s assembled you need to start working on the branches.

    • I love the tree, but not the tree stand!
The tree is great! The tree stand, however, isn't great & the 3 screws were missing. Thankfully I had an old heavy duty one I modified to fit the base but not before the tree fell over. All lights still working even after the fall.

It took some time for this tree to arrive. It kept getting cancelled so I re-ordered it. I have never had a more gorgeous tree!! This “slim” tree is in fact slim how’re has so many branches and lights with a fullness towards the bottom, we could not have been more pleased. Comes in 3 parts, all easily assembled with plug-in for the ore-lit tree. It looks gorgeous! 10/10 stars from us! Great value as it was on sale when purchased. ... show more
