I put it in my room and just started fluffing the shaggy strands when I saw my dog laying on it. That right there made this rug a keeper. It fluffed up very nice. Easy to clean just shake it out. I got 5x8 it is way bigger than I anticipated. Excellent quality. HOWEVER, it’s not cushioned if you know what I mean but other than that 10’s across the board

I bought this rug for my dogs. It’s cheap and it adds color to my place, but little did I realize how great this inexpensive rug was. I didn’t think much when I received it. It’s very easy to clean. It’s really soft and it doesn’t stain. Mind you, this purchase was solely for my dogs but I find myself using it. A few months ago, I gave a rating of four but I bumped it up to a five.

The carpet is super soft but the "softness" kept falling out so much and causing such a huge mess that I ended up packing it away. I don't want to return it as I love the color and softness so I'm trying to find a way to not make a mess with this rug so just buyer beware.

I have to admit, I got this rug cheap (on sale) with the main consideration of just protecting my hardwood floor in a spare bedroom while we remodel. (My idea was for short term use only) My step son lived in this room for 10 years and it needs a lot of attention. It is very soft and I have not noticed any shedding whatsoever. I would think it could be a nice area rug for a child's bedroom or playroom. There was no chemical smell attached to this rug and I was able to put it down immediately. It did come air sealed so it took about a day to lay truly flat. This room does not get a lot of foot traffic so I can not attest to how easy it is to clean or to how it would stand up to foot traffic. In my house, after my intended use, it will more than likely be placed into storage until I find another need for it. I have 2 German Shedders and I could not see myself placing this in a common area that they are in. Shag carpeting and shedding double plush coated dogs don't mix well. I could see this area rug needing more time with a vacuum cleaner than I am willing to give it. So when choosing an area rug, do put in the time to think of all of the considerations that this rug would be placed in. Foot traffic, pets, is this room used daily or occasionally? I have to say, for my needs, I am very satisfied.

The picture from the Amazon site shows a nice fluffy thick rug, this picture is not the actual rug they are selling. How I know this is because the other 2 pictures of what looks like a similar to almost the same type of rug is not off of Amazon. The other 2 pictures of that rug are a rug we got from home furniture, not only the rug we bout from home furniture looks almost identical to the one off of Amazon. It’s actually what you would expect it to feel like according to the picture of the rug off of Amazon in terms of thickness. The rug off of amazons site looks like the same thickness as the rug I bought from home furniture, and that’s because the rug off of amazons site isn’t what people are buying. It’s a mock of a 350+ dollar rug from an actual furniture store. The rug you’re getting from Amazon is extremely thin, and has no squishy comfort as you walk on it. In fact the one you get off of Amazon, you don’t get any comfort hardly at all, the material is so thin, you will feel your hard floors depending on if you have ceramic or wood floors, the anti slip runner that is under the rug bought from home furniture believe it or not is thicker than the rug bought off of Amazons site. In no way shape, or form I cannot recommend this product to anyone to buy since it is not the actual product your purchasing off of Amazon. Oh, and our 350 dollar rug we got from home furniture was only 97 dollars because of a holiday sale, and clearance. So it was a few dollars cheaper than the Amazon rug we got, and sent back right a away.
