I got this tarp to use as a secondary cover for my tent in case it rain, i didnt want any heavy tarp so this one works well for what I needed for. I wouldnt recommend covering something with this out in the sun for prolong period of time though, it will definitely break a part. I have used may tarp over the years and anything lower than 16mil + tarp will not last one summer outside before it starts to break apart regardless of how heavy duty they are. ... show more

Got this a couple of years ago to cover a tarp shed which had developed a rip in it which of course was irreparable. I had it anchored with ropes and rebar. I had to move that shed and this tarp with it and I am certainly impressed with how durable this had proven to be. Went to a 'particular' Home Improvement Store, and I could find 6x8 sizes, but at much thinner thicknesses, and more Expensive. This thing is Heavy Duty 10Mil thick, and quite a bit cheaper! Using it to cover a Sand Box, and it's lasted for like Half a Year already, No Issues.
