Pros: - High light output - Slim (low profile) - Line/neutral color coding for wires is indicated inside fixture - Includes lever wire connectors Cons: - Wires are stripped and tinned, but stripped length isn't as long as length indicated for included connectors - Opening around wires could be possible insect infiltration area - Wires are color coded blue/brown (Europe/UK standard) TIP: If you are having a problem getting the fixture to go on mounting plate, verify you have installed the mounting plate correctly. The screws will sit in recessed channels when installed properly, not protrude. After correcting a screw up on my part (the source of the tip above), these were easy to install. While they don't include a wire to hold the fixture up during installation as some do, the usage of lever connectors and the light weight of the fixture make that essentially a non-issue. Prepare the outlet box wires first, attach the connectors to the fixture wires, attach the mounting plate, and the fixture can then be connected and rotated into place in a matter of seconds. While the switch for changing the color temperature is on the backside of the fixture, it should not be difficult to dismount the fixture, change the switch and remount it without having to disconnect the wiring. This doesn't lend itself to changing the color temperature according to one's mood, but it is sufficient if one finds their initial choice to not be agreeable. In usage, these are straightforward. They have a simple unobtrusive appearance and are not dimmable (which was fine for my uses). Those looking at my images may note the installation I used as an example is not flush to the ceiling. That is no fault of the fixture itself, which would indeed be flush in a more typical installation. I have an old mobile home that both has outlet boxes with a flange around them, as well as trim and retention screws that make a true flush mount against the ceiling for these impossible. My one concern is these have a small opening around where the wires enter the fixture (see images). That could provide an entry point for small insects to infiltrate the fixture, although it is unclear if they could then get into the area between the LEDs and the lens. I did not disassemble one of the lights to verify this. In all, these are a good value if you need a bright slim light that spreads the light over a relatively large surface area, and don't need dimming or on demand color temperature changes. ... show more

These units are pretty easy to install. It almost takes longer to remove the old lights than install the new ones. They're CE certified so technically that may or may not work in various jurisdictions. Setting the color temperature is done with just a switch before you put it up. I reused the old electrical box screws from the previous light (but the include some if you need). The quick connects are nice. Note that some force is required to open them to 90 degrees - it may seem like you're going to break them but you aren't. See picture for how they look when open. Closing them is literally a snap. I think the hardest part of install was getting the wires back up into the ceiling, but it wasn't too hard. Push them up first then the quick connects then the wire dongle. As long as it lasts, I'd come back and install these everywhere I didn't need a ceiling fan or smart light. ... show more

I recently received this 6 pack of flush mount LED lights and I am happy to have them! I have rental properties and these lights are PERFECT for our needs. Super easy to install and they have an option for selectable color temp which is awesome. These flush mount lights take about 5 minutes to install, begin to end. Super easy and work perfectly. They are very bright without being harsh on the eyes, and the different color settings are all nice and there is no flickering.
