The candles are great. I am glad they are on the flicker setting because I went to use the remote and it did not work. Checked the button battery and still nothing. There is no option to contact the seller/ message seller. Only option is to return the whole order for a refund.

The candles serve their purpose for what I ordered them for...They are lightweight and plastic and take 2 batteries each. I needed candles that people could carry during a murder mystery party and they are realistic enough without the risk of starting a fire!

    • Pretty but doesn't function right

These candles are nice, and the flame looks great at night. But the issue is the remote doesn't function right, and the on/off doesn't work right. I turned my candles on and off with the remove but then about 20 minutes later they just come back on. I assume there is some glitch with the remote, but it is really annoying. I turned them off twice last night with the remote thinking I was doing something wrong, and eventually got up and manually turned each candle off as it kept waking me up. So if you use them, yes they are pretty, but the remote has a 50/50 chance of actually functioning right. ... show more

    • Timer doesn’t work

The candles look great and flicker. The problem is the timer function doesn’t work. Sometimes they turn off when they’re supposed to, sometimes they don’t. I’ve put them in a display outside and they’re eating up battery life because they’ve stayed on all day.
