One minor downside is that removing the lead tape can leave some residue behind. However, I've found that a simple cleanup with rubbing alcohol takes care of this issue efficiently. I love that this tape comes in a case and includes both a tiny ruler and some rubber gloves. The tape itself is excellent. I moved it twice before deciding where I needed to place it on my pickleball paddle, so I was expecting it to fall off at some point, but it's been weeks and the tape is still hanging on. At this point I'm going to cover it up with some edge cover, but the fact that I could leave some hastily applied tape on for weeks while deciding whether to adjust the weight or return the paddle exceeded my expectations. ... show more

I like that this is the denser/heavier lead tape so you can use less. It seems to work as well as other lead tapes I've used although only time will tell if it stays put. I was surprised that it came with its own pouch and kit which is unnecessary but kind of cool.
