The HP2755 printer I own, stopped printing black and colors were not good. I checked ink levels, I cleaned the ink using HP cleaning procedures and no change! Any of you who own an HP printer are familiar with the warning of not using HP ink and damage to your printer. I found these two aftermarket inks on Amazon and purchased and now have installed them! I have an HP Envy 6055 printer. I bought these replacement cartridges based on the positive reviews. However, when I go to install them in my printer, I get a print error indicating that the cartridges are not communicating with my printer and that I have to replace them. $30 out the window.
