It's comfortable, easy to put together. Looks nice. Love the cup holders. It's about half the price of the better one. The only drawback is the back is to low so I can't sit up against it to read. Have to lay down.

Between 5 and 4 I would say its more of a 5. Delivery on time, no issues with it out of the box. Easy and fast to assemble, pretty much just unwrap and go. It is soft and all the parts fit where they were supposed to. Bought it for my wife to lounge on, she gives it top ratings. No issues with it falling apart with her and me laying on it, has held up very well. Fabric is a good soft material. Pillows that come with it are not necessarily spectacular - but I did not buy it for the pillows, I am talking solely about the lounge chair.
