When my laptop is on and I plug this in, my laptop does not charge. I have to first unplug, then turn my laptop off, and plug it in again and it charges. Then, when I turn my laptop is turned on, it still keeps charging. If you unplug the charger when your laptop is on and plug it back in, it won't charge... super weird.
