I purchased the 12x15 Ivory version of this rug. It is a beautiful, budget friendly rug. So yes, it came folded. Aaaggghhhh. Initially I was definitely regretting my purchase. Then I got to work with my handheld steamer. The first photo of all the creases was at 1:44p. 2nd photo was exactly 1hour later at 2:44p. Progress!! 3rd photo was exactly 44min later at 3:29p. I then left to run errands and the last photo was another 2hours later at 5:40p. Almost every crease was completely removed. I could have got it perfect, but was desperate to get the room back to normal. 2weeks later there are still about 4 very minor (small, a few inches in length) creases that i’m not sure will ever come out without steaming, but since minor (not large enough for tripping hazard) I’ll leave as is. It is a thin rug, dont expect plush comfort without a rug pad, but I only need it for my dog that is terrified of slippery floor surfaces so it’s perfect for me. That leads me to the dogs… as you can see in the photo, I have 2 large, black dogs that shed like crazy. I have had ZERO issues vacuuming every piece of fur off this rug with my standard model Shark vacuum; just vacuuming as I would any rug. The rug must have some type of stain resistance as several times small pieces of food (human and dog) have been on the rug, wet food, think sauce, and I only noticed after it was dried. I vacuumed over the small area and the vacuum lifted it right out without me having to use any type of cleaner. Interesting!! It really is a bright, light, ivory color and I expect it to get dirty with dog paws from outside etc, but i’m ok with that as it was not an expensive rug and when it’s time has come, I will donate and replace. If you are willing to put in a few hours of work to steam the creases, it is an excellent buy. I love it! ... show more

This rug is amazing; we have it located in our backyard, under a covered patio. The rug gets the West afternoon sun, and even though we've had the rug for almost 6 months, it still has not faded. The rug is perfect for our black/white outdoor furniture, and it elevates the patio.

Excellent! I decided to write a review because I saw that this product was flagged for being returned frequently. I was hesitant to purchase it but took a chance based on some of the reviews I saw. This rug is amazing. It comes rolled and rolls out flat without wrinkles in minutes. I used rug tape to help keep the edges flat and a stain resistant spray out of caution. I received this rug today and was pleasantly surprised. It looks great—and much more expensive than the price. I purchased the 3 x5 size to place inside my front door in my entrance foyer. The rug is very contemporary but subtle. The reason why I only gave it 4 stars is because I am not sure how difficult it will be to keep clean. Dirty shoes coming in from outside may be concerning. I originally was looking for a washable rug. However, they did not have this designer decorator appearance. The washable rugs looked a lot like bathroom rugs. So since this rug was pretty inexpensive, I decided to give it a try, AND—it was free returns, so what did I have to lose? Bottom line—I got the decorator look I wanted However, not sure how long it will stay clean, since it is by my front door. However, if you are purchasing a larger size for a living room, dining room, or any other inside area, in my opinion, I would not hesitate. This rug is contemporary, soothing, and would be a beautiful addition to your home. The rug came rolled, not folded like most of the other rugs I was considering. From the color (I purchased the ivory/cream) to the size (I purchased the 4x6 to go under my kitchen table) to the material (soft to the bare feet yet rough enough for high traffic as to not catch every little thing. I wanted to like this rug so badly but its just all wrong. Its not stain resistant as it promises online. It gets dirty very quickly because it is white/cream and im not shy with deep cleaning so I dont mind having a white/cream rug that stays cream even if that means I have to steam clean it all the time, but that is not the case with this rug. The ridges in the pattern on the rug make it extremely difficult to even vacuum and get everything up because dirt/things gets stuck within the ridges/pattern of the fabric, which just adds to it looking even more dingy/dirty. Furthermore forget about trying to steam clean it, I try to very often to keep it clean, but you legitamately have to steam clean each individual ridge/design within the carpet itself which is just absolute nonsense, no one has the time effort and patience to do that. furthermore with the multiple cleanings/ vacuumings I have tried to do on this carpet only led to the carpet fibers becoming pilled and clumped together, which just furthers the problem. DO NOT BUY THIS. SAVE your money and get a rug that is easy to clean and actually stain resistant. ... show more
