We were originally going for a typical looking gaming chair but the features on this chair seemed as if it be more than enough at such a good price. Thank goodness we went with our gut because this chair is amazing. The cushioning provides a firm but soft feel. The lounging feature is so comfortable that I’ve accidentally fallen asleep in it a few times already. It’s sturdy, I’ve had no issues with the rolling, and the back support is so nice. We did expect a few more options on the massage remote but for what it does come with, it is still pretty decent. Instructions were simple and it’s truly been a perfect fit. Happy we chose this chair.

This is a large, sturdy, and comfortable chair. For the price ($170), this is one of the better chairs in its range. Assembly takes less than an hour, with clear instructions and even spare screws. The seat is wide with thick, cushioned leather base. I'm 6'8", 400lbs and can sit comfortably (with my head touching the top of the chair). Massaging "hands" line up perfectly in the lumbar position and hit the exact area of issue that would even prompt one to consider buying a chair like this. The protrusion when inactive isn't excessively noticeable, but can be mitigated regardless by the pillow provided with the chair. The only cons that can be thought of are the fact that the massaging feature is only in the lumbar portion of the back. Some chairs in this range offer thigh and upper back massaging, as well as heating. (It should be noted that the massage hand protrusion is significantly more noticeable on those kinds of chairs.) The power cable is also short and has the potential to be cumbersome. This is an issue with all similar chairs however.

I just recently purchased this chair and while in the beginning it was pretty okay for the price range. Now, after just a couple weeks, its having issues. The center bar is somehow loose, which makes the chair lean in whatever direction that my weight shifts on the chair. So if I lean slightly forward or to the side, the whole chair leans as well and feels like it could break at any moment. I can't find a way to tighten it or fix this. Additionally, the back massage works okay, I wish it would last longer than just 10-15 min. The small pillow it comes with does not cover the whole massage portion so it can poke into your back which is very uncomfortable - but is somewhat fixed if you put a full size pillow behind you.

This Chair is perfect for someone my size. I'm 6ft 220 lbs and it feels very sturdy. I can comfortably recline and take a quick nap if I want. The massage feature is just an extra perk I enjoy. I use it about 15 min a day, and love it. It was very easy to put together in about 30 min. All the tools necessary come with the packaging. Great purchase.

If there is zero rating i would give it zero, i 100% agree with Carter review, This product is absolute garbage I wouldn't take it if it was free. The massage heads poke into your back. When i tried to return it they wouldn't cover anything in regards to shipping. So if i wanted to return it i would need to pay ridiculous amount. I think this is this year black friday scam. Once you run the massage the heads will keep poking your back even if the massage is off there is no way to use it. And once you find out how garbage this chair is and you want to return you get shocked by the fact that you have to pay for shipment for such a heavy item so you end up giving up. What a scam. If the seller have ethics and dignity they should refund every purchase and if amazon care about customer service they should ban this seller/item.

The back massage feature was wonderful...when it worked. I've had this chair for about 3 months. Three days ago, the massager stopped working. The remote won't turn on at all. Other negatives to this chair: - The seat is permanently tilted forward somewhere between 15 and 20 degrees, which makes you feel like you're going to slide out of the seat. - For a chair that is supposedly rated for 650lbs, it's super wobbly and unstable, rocking side to side. - The handle to unlock the back (so you can lean it back) is so far down the side that it's very difficult to reach, and feels a bit unsafe considering how wobbly the chair is. The positives: - The included cushion helps level out your seat so you don't slip forward. - When it works, the massager is great for the lower back. - Once the back of the chair is put down and the footrest is out, it's easy to adjust your position to let the massager hit further up your back. - The included piston raises to a solid height for most desks. There are some good ideas here, but overall the chair just doesn't feel well built, and the fact that the massager died after only three months is terrible for a chair where that's a selling point. I absolutely cannot, in good conscience, recommend this chair.
