Hello am real human yes. Got this for my 08 ram and it fits perfectly. The installation is almost idiot proof, very very simple. The sound is noticeably better than it was originally and just a tad louder. The old radio stopped at 37 for volume and this one stops at like 65. The camera isn’t the right camera for a truck however, the mounts expect you to go up with the screws and for a truck there’s just no where put it. The quality of the camera is OK, not the best but not 420p either. Sometimes the audio will glitch out and not play any audio but will say it’s still playing. I haven’t found any other way to fix it other than turning the truck off and on. It’s specifically when the trucks ignition is turned off then it will reconnect. Which has happened while driving and I’m not going to neutral start my truck if I don’t have to. When the MP3 is connected, you can use the equalizer, but when Apple play is connected, you don’t have an option of the equalizer. Only for the sub woofer which I don’t have. In conclusion, after about a month of having it I’m still satisfied with it, definitely better than factory, still figuring out the kinks and quirks of it though.

I really want to like it but the sound does not work. Instructions aren’t super clear. The audio wire is connected correctly and I’ve reset it several times. It’s a cool unit, but functionality isn’t the best.

I have been driving my 2007 Dodge Dakota for almost 10 years now. I have always wanted to upgrade the radio, but didn't want anything that would look weird in the car. The amount of options that both fit such a weird din style and looked semi-OEM are few and far between. This one fitting the factory trim, having physical knobs, and coming with the extra bits for less than $200 is a perfect buy. I took the risk not having many reviews, and I genuinely love it. Pros: 1. CANbus makes installation of backup camera easy. Instead of needing to wire into your reverse light, the bus communicates with your ECM telling the unit when your car is in reverse. Similarly, installing aftermarket audio equipment through the bus eliminates a lot of guesswork. 2. Sound quality and customization is a huge upgrade compared to the factory head unit. Even through my dated OEM speakers, it sounds crisper and I get more bass. 3. Customer service is great. I had a software issue, reached out and they had me do a factory reset which solved the issue quick and easy. Cons: 1. Outside of apple carplay, using the factory android operating system, the GPS module will not communicate with Google maps without having an internet connection. I have even downloaded local maps to try Google's offline feature, but Google Maps will not communicate with the onboard GPS. 2. The factory OS could be improved, but I mostly use the apple carplay. Note: backup camera image quality is great even at night. The only thing I wish it had was a 'night vision' mode. Also, the picture I uploaded doesn't do it justice, and I hadn't cleaned the camera in weeks.

Another easy install (having done 8 of them) and the same tips that I'll always give are make sure that your vehicle has the correct plug in your existing head unit so that you know to get an adapter at the same time if you need one. It would be nice if the listing had explicit pictures of every plug that was included, rather than relying on a make and model of vehicle. Sound quality 8.5/10 Valuable for old car upgrade 10/10 Carplay/Android Auto - yes 4gb provides for zippy performance. Adds value to any vehicle.
